The Effects Of Learning Environment Resources And Psycap On Student Burnout And Outcomes, Elisandra Rodriguez Moreno

This study examined links between learning environmental resources (i.e., social support and feedback environment), burnout, and student outcomes (i.e., satisfaction and academic performance) among 198 graduate healthcare students. The study also investigated whether Psychological Capital (PsyCap) moderated these relationships. Social support and feedback did not predict overall burnout, but both were significantly linked to the burnout dimensions, specifically: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and academic efficacy. PsyCap did not moderate most relationships, yet it was consistently associated with lower levels of burnout and higher satisfaction. One exception emerged—for social support and depersonalization, PsyCap served as a compensatory resource, where students with lower …

A knowledge deficit in integrating supportive psychotherapy with medication management to treat patients’ psychiatric challenges was identified in a primary care clinical setting. I developed a staff education project to close the knowledge gaps of nurses and nurse practitioners related to an evidence-based protocol that incorporated supportive therapy in individualized treatment plans. The project’s aim was to develop, implement, and evaluate the staff education program. The focused project question centered on whether staff education would increase staff knowledge and drive increased supportive therapy orders at admission of patients. Monotone Positive Solutions Of Impulsive Differential Equations Asymptotic To Nonprincipal Solutions, Si̇bel Doğru Akgöl, Ağacik Zafer

Turkish Journal of Mathematics

This study investigates the asymptotic behavior of monotone positive solutions for a general class of nonlinear second-order impulsive differential equations. By employing the principal and nonprincipal solutions of the associated homogeneous equation, we establish the existence of a monotone positive solution asymptotic to a nonprincipal solution at infinity. To achieve this, we also prove a compactness criterion for an effective use of Schauder’s fixed-point theorem. Under suitable conditions, similarly to the classical case, it is demonstrated that a monotone positive solution asymptotic to a nonprincipal solution exists. A concrete example is given to illustrate the results.

Antenna systems are a cornerstone of modern technologies, playing an increasingly vital role in their advancement. As demand for compact, high-performance, and adaptable communication platforms grows reconfigurable antenna technologies are becoming essential. This research explores a novel front-end reconfigurable antenna system (FERAS) architecture that leverages the mechanical flexibility and photoconductive behavior of semiconductor nanomembrane (SNM) devices. By exploiting the emergent properties of ultra-thin silicon (Si) or gallium arsenide (GaAs) nanomaterials and optically exciting these samples using vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) arrays, this study develops lightweight, low-cost, deployable antenna structures for satellite communications, remote sensing, GPS, and radar. Half of pregnant women develop insomnia, which increases depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and preterm birth. ~10,0000 live births occur annually at Henry Ford Health (HFH). Although half of pregnant women develop insomnia, only 3% are diagnosed with insomnia disorder. Care access is limited as most health systems do not have clearly identified clinics where prenatal insomnia is managed. Sleep clinics do not often treat pregnant women. Perinatal mental health providers are not often trained in sleep medicine. Prenatal insomnia presents differently from insomnia in the general population. This paper introduces a novel Bayesian reverse unrestricted mixed-frequency model applied to a panel of nine European electricity markets. Our model analyzes the impact of daily fossil fuel prices and hourly renewable energy generation on hourly electricity prices, employing a hierarchical structure to capture cross-country interdependencies and idiosyncratic factors. The inclusion of random effects demonstrates that electricity market integration both mitigates and amplifies shocks. Our results highlight that while renewable energy sources consistently reduce electricity prices across all countries, gas prices remain a dominant driver of cross-country electricity price disparities and instability. According to the modern tort theory, that dominates in the legal academy, deep pocket entities that profit from facilitating harmful activity must compensate those foreseeably injured by that activity. The rationale is that allowing enterprises to externalize the costs they impose on others encourages excessively risky behavior. Therefore, cost internalization must be mandated to achieve the twin goals of tort law: compensation of tort victims and deterrence of potentially harmful conduct.

This growth has inspired state governments to try to leverage this lucrative business. One recent development is the 2021 Gaming Compact between the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the state of Florida. This Comment critically examines the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) now–abandoned rule that sought to ban noncompete clauses in employment contracts, emphasizing the limitations of advice provided by attorneys, legal scholars, and experts who advocate for a “wait–and–see” approach during its development and subsequent litigation. Noncompetes, while serving as a tool for employers to safeguard proprietary interests and limit competition, also restrict employee mobility and bargaining power. The FTC’s proposed rule, which aimed to ban most noncompete clauses, faced immediate and substantial legal challenges under the major questions and nondelegation doctrines.
