هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الرؤيوية لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة جرش، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطوير أداة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (315) معلما ومعلمة تم اختبارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، تم استخدام الاستبانة لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة وتكونت من (31) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: (الرؤية، إيصال الرؤية، تمكين الرؤية)، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الرؤيوية لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة جرش كانت بدرجة متوسطة. كما تبين عدم وجود …

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على اثر استخدام الهواتف الذكية على طلبة المرحلة الاساسية في مدارس الاغوار الشمالية وسبل علاجها كما يراها معلمو ومعلمات الاغوار الشمالية. ومعرفة ما اذا كانت هناك فروق فردية ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المعلمين تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة لمعلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية ، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة من معلمي ومعلمات (60) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية لتشمل متغيرات الدراسة ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .

هدف البحث لمعرفة درجة تضمين كتب اللغة الإنكليزية الصفين السابع والثامن (كتاب الطالب وكتاب الأنشطة) في سورية لمؤشرات الذكاء اللغوي، ولتحقيق الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، وتم إعداد قائمة بمؤشرات الذكاء اللغوي تبعًا للمهارات اللغوية الخمس (الاستماع، القراءة، التحدث، الكتابة، الحس اللغوي)، وأجري لها اختبارات الصدق والثبات اللازمة لضمان موثوقية الأداة.

Periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus are associated with each other in a bidirectional relationship. The mechanism by which diabetes affects periodontitis is understood to be due to the inflammatory effects of hyperglycemia (high blood glucose levels) and a hospitable environment for sugar-consuming bacteria. Periodontitis is known to be associated with higher levels of glycated hemoglobin (HbA_1c), a long-term measurement of blood glucose control, and treatment of periodontitis reduces HbA_1c. Inflammation caused by periodontitis induces insulin resistance (which leads to higher blood glucose levels), but due to the complex nature of inflammation it is difficult to …

Much of the debate over the constitutionality of universal or nonparty protective relief in the federal court system has focused on lessons drawn from historical practice. But with its emphasis on injunctive relief, the literature has largely ignored forms of adjudication that arose outside the courts of equity and led to judgments and decrees affecting the rights of nonparties. Statistics show that Americans consistently turn to Google and other search engines to answer their most personal and private concerns, yet a new investigative tool risks law enforcement having vast discretion in the access of this data. With a keyword warrant, law enforcement can request from a search engine provider (usually Google) a list of probative search queries that users made over a specified time period. Such warrants are beginning to face legal challenges, and so far, courts seem reluctant to recognize the constitutional implications—instead leaving law enforcement with greater potential discretion over their use.

When do the First Amendment’s Free Speech and Free Exercise Clauses require exceptions to generally valid laws? Recently, the Supreme Court has upheld a number of such exceptions, which excuse some speakers and religiously motivated actors from legal duties that apply to others, including in prominent cases under antidiscrimination statutes and emergency pandemic regulations. By contrast, other landmark cases––such as United States v. O’Brien and Employment Division v. Smith—insist that First Amendment exceptions should be rare.

Classical cryptographic schemes, which are based on the hardness of factorization and discrete logarithmic problems, can be efficiently solved by the Shor algorithm on a quantum computer. This motivated the 2016 National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) call to identify efficient and secure cryptographic schemes that are resilient to potential attacks from both classical and quantum adversaries, a field referred to as post-quantum cryptography. In this work, we focus on designing efficient post-quantum cryptographic primitives based on code-based and lattice-based assumptions, and we analyze their underlying hardness using quantum cryptanalysis. The inner core is seismically anisotropic, with PKIKP waves traversing the inner core parallel to the rotation axis faster than those in the equatorial plane. This anisotropy increases with depth into the inner core and may result from alignment of iron crystals deformed during inner core growth. Using previously calculated elastic properties of iron, we seek to determine the most likely iron-light element alloy (FeC, FeO, FeS, or FeSi). For each FeX alloy, we interpolate elastic tensors across the pressure and temperature range of the inner core and model the anisotropy resulting from flow during core growth. Lastly, we compare …

For free-breathing volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), a major challenge in dose delivery is accounting for planning target volume (PTV) motion from respiration. To minimize PTV underdosing, this study implemented a 1.5 cm virtual bolus (VB) to create skin flash. A brass mesh bolus was also modeled in the treatment planning system to simulate its clinical impact. Different Hounsfield Units (HU) were assigned to the VB to determine the most effective value.

Five post-mastectomy breast cancer patients treated with VMAT were retrospectively analyzed. Plan normalization values, conformity indexes, and dosimetric criteria were compared to find the optimal HU for the …

The maternal health crisis in the United States has become an alarming issue, with rural women experiencing twice the rate of pregnancy-related deaths compared to urban populations. This crisis highlights the need to address the growing concern of deep-rooted inequalities in healthcare access, quality, and outcomes for marginalized populations. In response to key contributors such as workforce shortages, systemic inequities, and widespread “maternity care deserts”, this project aimed to explore evidence-based telehealth strategies to improve perinatal outcomes in rural America.
