Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is a rare disorder caused by the deposition of abnormal proteins called amyloid in the myocardium, leading to dysfunction. The 2 most common forms of amyloidosis are AL (light chain) and ATTR (transthyretin). Diagnosing amyloidosis is challenging, especially in its early stages, due to its nonspecific symptoms and overlap with other conditions. Recent studies suggest that the incidence of wild-type transthyretin amyloidosis is rising, likely due to improved diagnostic techniques and an aging population. This research entails an examination of credit risk assessment (credit rating) with respect to credit risk assessment models utilizing accounting data and market data for non-financial corporations in Indonesia between the years 2013 and 2022. The sample comprises credit rating values of 20 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the IDX 80 index, possessing credit ratings from PEFINDO over a ten-year period from 2013 to 2022. This article examines the discourse surrounding the distribution of religious holiday bonuses (THR) for online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers in Indonesian media using Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework. The study reveals that the THR issue extends beyond legal and policy debates, becoming a contested site of meaning among platform companies, the state, media, and drivers. At the micro level, semantic strategies, such as the use of terms like “bonus,” “partner,” and “assistance”,obscure drivers’ legal employment status. Academic dishonesty has become a pervasive issue among students, often driven by environmental and social pressures and facilitated by opportunities such as the use of digital devices (e.g., smartwatches) that enable misconduct. The aim of the current study was to examine the associations between academic dishonesty and variables including class attendance, self-efficacy, and the use of digital learning methods. This paper presents an analysis of the influence of hydrogeological conditions on the stability of open pit slopes located within zones of tectonic disturbance. Based on field investigations and long-term hydrogeological monitoring conducted within the Almalyk ore cluster (Kalmakyr, Yoshlik-I, and Kurgashinkan deposits), the key factors affecting slope stability have been identified. It has been established that groundwater inflows from fractured and karstified Paleozoic rocks, as well as the presence of flooded abandoned pits, significantly increase the risk of slope deformation and failure. This article presents the physical principles of Atmospheric Water Harvesting (AWH) technologies, including spectral radiation balance, air-sorbent interactions, thermodynamic constraints, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling approaches. The study provides models of water condensation, adsorption-desorption processes, and energy consumption. In addition, a detailed thermodynamic analysis was carried out to determine the partial vapor pressure, cooling demand, and theoretical energy limits of water extraction. There are multiple reviews on the well-being of international students and doctoral students, but to our knowledge, none on the well-being of international doctoral students. We undertook a scoping review to understand the state of well-being of international doctoral students, the factors that affect it, and the strategies that support it. We searched PsycInfo, EBSCO, Scopus, and ERIC for full-text, peer-reviewed articles published in English from 2003–2023. Fourteen studies were included in our scoping review. These studies suggest that international doctoral students report relatively low well-being in terms of negative emotions, attitudes toward the self, and social relationships. Their well-being …

This study investigates the role of liberal arts and sciences (LAS) education in fostering democratization through the representation of Morocco’s Amazigh community. Drawing on interviews and focus groups with Amazigh students at Al Akhawayn University (AUI), the research employs a qualitative framework to explore themes of linguistic identity, curriculum inclusivity, and institutional support. Findings reveal gaps in cultural representation despite AUI’s commitment to global citizenship, highlighting the need for representative curriculum, cultural programming, and faculty representing that community. The Advanced Particle-astrophysics Telescope (APT) is a mission concept for a space-based gamma-ray telescope whose capabilities include prompt localization of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) to support multi-wavelength and multi-messenger astrophysics. ADAPT — APT's balloon-borne prototype — can localize GRBs in well under a second using on-board computing hardware. ADAPT will partner with ground-based, fast-slewing optical telescopes, rapidly providing alerts that enable the partner to observe a short-duration burst within a few seconds of detection. The study examined economic analysis and technical efficiency of cassava production in rural household in Yewa South local Government area of Ogun state. Structure questionnaires were administered to one hundred registered cassava farmers within the ten (10) villages. Descriptive and inferential statistics was used to analyze the data; results revealed that the age of the cassava farmers ranged between (25 – 45) years. The plankton diversity of large and urban rivers has been extensively studied in Nigeria while small rural rivers that harbour rich aquatic biota receive little attention. The composition, abundance, and distribution of plankton of a rural river were assessed in relation to some physicochemical parameters.
