Penggunaan Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) merupakan katalisator di bidang intelijen. Meskipun OSINT memberikan akses informasi publik yang tiada tandingannya. Risiko terhadap privasi individu karena sifat terbuka informasi di OSINT yaitu potensi pengumpulan dan penyimpanan data pribadi secara massal dapat menimbulkan risiko serius terhadap keamanan privasi. Selain itu, gangguan dan keinginan akan informasi yang diambil dari sumber terbuka dapat dipasarkan, sehingga membuka peluang penyebaran informasi palsu atau manipulasi data. Indonesia is a country that is prone to natural disasters in terms of geography and topography. In 2008, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) was formed which functions to coordinate disaster management in Indonesia. BNPB partners with various institutions in Indonesia, one of which is the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). Overcoming disasters is one of the main tasks of the TNI in Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). This paper makes a normative argument about transformations of public health as a necessary condition required in any transitional justice process. We seek to bridge the gap between the fields of genocide and public health to understand the recursive relationship between genocide and the social determinants of health. We show that structures and institutions established during genocide create enduring impacts on the public health outcomes of victim and survivor groups even after the ousting of the original perpetrators. Despite President Reagan’s historic foreign policy success in ushering in the collapse of the Soviet Union and liberation of Eastern Europe, the loss of life during the Beirut Marine barracks bombing marks a substantial failure in Reagan’s foreign policy record. A modern model for peace is the “Olympic Truce,” a United Nations General Assembly resolution that calls for the pausing and prevention of new conflicts from one week before the Olympic Games through one week after the Paralympic Games. Olympic Truce scholars have focused on identifying cases that demonstrate effective implementation of the Olympic Truce and have come up with mixed results. This research seeks to understand how conflict transformation can be furthered by the inclusion of women in peace processes, as affirmed by the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda, through engagement with Conflict Transformation Education (CTE). The Uganda NextGen Framework: Guidelines for Intergenerational Peacebuilding report provides a practical framework for creating intergenerational peacebuilding partnerships drawn from the lived experiences of women peacebuilders across Uganda and outlines key considerations when addressing generational divides and gaps in peacebuilding efforts. The report provides analysis drawn from the debates and discussions held between 2020 and 2023 as the cohort of peacebuilders engaged in the Uganda NextGen initiative worked across generations to create social change throughout the country. The framework provides a guide for others trying to create mutually beneficial and equitable peacebuilding partnerships among people of different generations.

Refugee Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) have emerged as a natural response from the communities themselves to bridge the gap between the state and NGOs and the refugee community.
