Abstract: In order to improve the convergence of multi-objective optimization algorithm and the diversity of optimization solution set, and alleviate the flown down of population in target space, a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on multi-attribute elite individual game mechanism is proposed. This paper uses Pareto dominance relationship and multi-index to comprehensively screen elite individuals. The elite individual game mechanism with K-means clustering is integrated with cross and mutation strategy, which effectively improves the convergence and diversity of the algorithm. Abstract: An improved wolf pack algorithm is proposed for solving multi-objective scheduling optimization for flexible job shop problems. A multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling model is developed with the maximum completion time of the workpiece and the energy consumption of the machine as the optimization goals. Abstract: To meet the needs of 3D positioning of guide wire catheter in interventional surgery and the requirements of smaller size sensor for narrow cerebral vessels, a new electromagnetic positioning model is proposed with single coil receiver. Based on the electromagnetic theory and geometry principle, the electromagnetic field transmitter with groups of three orthogonal coils and the single coil receiver with smaller size than existing sensors are designed. In order to minimize the impact of VOCs on the atmospheric environment and achieve synergistic governance of VOCs regions, an optimal emission reduction model is established with the maximum VOCs emission reduction as the primary goal. Abstract: EEG-based BCI system can help the daily life and rehabilitation training of limb movement disorders patients. Due to the low signal-to-noise ratio and large individual differences of EEG signals, the accuracy and efficiency of EEG feature extraction and classification are not high, which affects the wide application of online BCI system. Abstract: For relative motion spacecraft, when the actuator fails and the external disturbance and system uncertainty occur simultaneously, a finite-time fault-tolerant control method is proposed on the basis of the robustness of sliding mode control. A single-rigid spacecraft integrated attitude-orbit model is established based on Lie Group SE(3), and the relative motion spacecraft error dynamic equation is derived in exponential coordinates. Abstract: Considering the lack of the existing research on cloud manufacturing monitoring system and the lack of scalability and flexibility of existing remote monitoring system, and taking deep reinforcement learning-based industrial robot intelligent grasping as an application scenario, a micro-service architecture-based remote monitoring system for cloud manufacturing is developed, to carry out the requirement analysis and design of the monitoring system, and the remote monitoring of industrial robot intelligent grasping processes is realized. Test results show that the system can meet the monitoring requirements of resource providers, platform operator(s) and service consumers.

Abstract: With the application field expansion of digital twin technology, in order to meet the requirement of digital twin credibility and promote the digital twin credibility assessment, the credibility assessment process and indicators of digital twin are researched. The development process of digital twin is analyzed and the construction method of flexible multi-layer digital twin credibility assessment process model based on IDEF0 is proposed. Two index systems, process-stage-activity layers(P-S-A) and activity-element-feature layers(A-E-F),are proposed to solve the problems of defect backtracking and evaluation of complex objects. Abstract: Takeout distribution optimization includes order allocation and route planning. Aiming at dynamic order and rider position change, with the goal of minimizing the overtime order proportion, average delivery time and average travel distance,a two-stage mathematical model is established based on the idea of pre-optimization and dynamic adjustment. In the pre-optimization stage, an improved variable neighborhood search algorithm is designed to obtain the initial distribution scheme. In the dynamic adjustment stage, a periodic optimization strategy is adopted to transform the problem into a virtual distribution center vehicle problem for solution. This research focuses on the investigation of two machine learning methodologies, Reconstructability Analysis (RA) and Bayesian Networks (BN). Both methods are probabilistic graphical modeling (PGM) methodologies. RA was developed in the systems community and has applications including time-series analysis, classification, decomposition, compression, pattern recognition, prediction, control, and decision analysis. BNs have origins in path models and have applications similar to those of RA. BNs are another graphical modeling approach for data modeling that is closely related to RA; where BN overlaps RA the two methods are equivalent, but RA and BN each has distinctive features absent in the other methodology. …

Infusing systems thinking activities in pre-college education (grades K-12) means updating precollege education so it includes a study of many systemic behavior patterns that are ubiquitous in the real world. Systems thinking tools include those using both paper and pencil and the computer and enhance learning in the classroom making it more student-centered, more active, and allowing students to analyze problems that have been heretofore beyond the scope of K-12 classrooms. Abstract: Aiming at the parallel multi-processor open shop scheduling problem with uncertain job's release time,processing time and urgent jobs, an adaptive dynamic method integrating FlexSim simulation model and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed to optimize the bi-objectives of TWC(total weighted completion time) and TWT(total weighted tardiness). By using the FlexSim simulation model, this method determines the adaptive scheduling cycle according to the dynamic workload of the open shop, and conducts right-shift rescheduling to the urgent jobs. Abstract: To solve the problems that existing two-phase differential evolutionary algorithms still have poor diversity of population distribution and weak local search ability in solving uniform designs in constrained experimental region, a new two-phase fruit fly optimization algorithm (ToPFOA) based on uniform experimental design is proposed. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low intelligence and poor adaptability for the existing mixed signal recognition methods, an intelligent recognition method based on cyclic spectral cross section and deep learning is proposed. For common mixed communication signals, the characteristics of zero frequency cross section of cyclic spectrum are theoretically deduced and analyzed. Two new pre-processing methods, nonlinear segmental mapping and directional pseudo-clustering are proposed, which can effectively improve the adaptability and consistency of cross section features.
