Abstract: This study aimed at investigating the degree of schools' leaders applying the adaptive leadership domains from the teachers' point view in Aldwaadmy Governorate. To achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed consisted of (23) items. These items were distributed on four domains: Leading work environment, through emotion leadership, learning from self-correction, and adoption of solutions win-win. The questionnaire was distributed on (376) teachers (141) male teachers (235) female teachers. The quantitative survey method was used. The study results revealed that the self-correction learning ranked firstly, the leading work environment ranked secondly, while the through emotion leadership domain ranked finally. …

Abstract: The purpose was to identify the role of universities in Saudi Arabia in combating extremism from viewpoints of the faculties. The researchers designed a 30-item questionnaire covering four domains and was administered to a sample of (264) faculty members selected by the random convenience sampling method. Results revealed high significance of the role of universities in Saudi Arabia in extremism combating efforts as perceived by the faculties, where the political domain was placed first, then the academic domain was placed secondly and the social domain was ranked lastly. A descriptive methodology was used; the study sample consisted of 192 students who were chosen by a random sampling method from the study population.
