Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools principals inside the Green Line from teachers' point of view and to examine differences in organizational justice level in light of gender, age and qualification level. The descriptive methodology was used in the survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (306) male and female secondary school teachers. Organizational Justice Scale developed by the researcher was used for data collection after validity and reliability were established. Abstract: The Study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of administrative creativity among school principals in the Beersheba area from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive survey methodology was used, A questionnaire was constructed consisting of (26) items distributed on four areas, after verifying its validity and reliability, it was applied to a sample selected randomly amounted to (337) teachers.
