Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of reciprocal leadership practice of the educational supervisors in the North region within the Green Line and its relation to achieving the sustainable professional development of the teachers from their point of view. The study used the descriptive correlational methodology. The study tool composed of two main dimensions. The study population is composed of all teachers in the North region within the Green Line, where the sample was selected by simple random method consisted of (516) respondents. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of leadership skills of Arab schools` principals within the Green Line, as well as to identify the level of administrative creativity among school principals, and to reveal the relationship between leadership skills and administrative innovation as perceived by teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, the descriptive correlative method was used.
