Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools principals inside the Green Line from teachers' point of view and to examine differences in organizational justice level in light of gender, age and qualification level. The descriptive methodology was used in the survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (306) male and female secondary school teachers. Organizational Justice Scale developed by the researcher was used for data collection after validity and reliability were established. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of the quality of education and accountability unit in developing administrative competencies for school principals at Irbid governorate as perceived by school principals. The study population included (654) all basic and secondary school principals at Irbid governorate, and a stratified random sample composed of (327) was chosen.
