Abstract:
This research aimed to reveal the degree of practicing servant leadership by college deans in the Jordanian universities and its relationship with the participation of faculty members in administrative decisions making. The study used the descriptive correlative approach. The sample of the study consisted of (334) faculty members in the Jordanian universities in the northern region, they were selected by the stratified random method. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample. Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the role of the faculty members in developing students’ citizenship and the level of students morale at Yarmouk University from the viewpoints of the students themselves, also to examine the correlation between the role of faculty members in the development of citizenship and the level of morale among students at Yarmouk University.
