This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing high school principals in Jerash Governorate of students conflict resolution methods from teachers' point of view, The study used the descriptive methodolo in data collection. The aim of the study was to identify the degree of use of Arab school principals within the Green Line of benchmarking and continual improvement process and their link to the quality of education. To achieve the aims of the study the descriptive, correlational methodology was used. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the degree of public school principals’ application of the learning organization strategies in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Sair District.The researcher used the descriptive survey analytical research methodology.
