Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of secondary school principAls in Kuwait of leadership skills from Point of View of teachers. The population of the study consisted of all secondary school teachers in Kuwait State for the academic year (2017-2018). The descriptive survey method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (732) teachers. Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the degree to which secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait practice administrative transparency from the viewpoint of teachers and educational supervisors.The researcher followed the descriptive methodology to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. Abstract: This study aimed at finding out the degree to which Public Secondary School Principals in the State of Kuwait apply Administrative Pioneering in their Schools, and the effect of job status, sex and years of experience variables in their schools. The descriptive – survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (301) subjects who were chosen randomly. A 32 items questionnaire was used to collect data. Its validity and reliability were assured.
