Abstract: The study aimed to identify Senge Model implementation degree at Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (670) public and private school teachers selected randomly. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive Survey methodology was used, as a questionnaire was employed for data collection. The results of the study showed that Senge Model implementation degree in Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view was moderate. Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of managing the crisis of Syrian refugee seekers in the schools of Irbid governorate from teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive methodology was used. The sample of the study consisted of (307) teachers in schools of Irbid government, that teach Syrian refugee students, the results of the study found that the (EMCSRSI) from the point of view of teachers came with a mean score of (3.36) and a standard deviation of (0.62).
