It also aimed to identify whether there is any difference between the respondents’ occupational stress levels which can be attributed to their (gender, experience or school stage). The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between the application of the principles of sustainable leadership and the achievement of technical innovation in Palestinian pharmaceutical companies. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the research population consisted of (155) supervisors working in (5) companies. The occurrence of complex potentials with real eigenvalues has implications concerning the inverse problem, i.e. the determination of a potential from its spectrum. First, any complex potential with real eigenvalues has at least one equivalent local potential. Secondly, a real spectrum does not necessarily corresponds to a local real potential. A basic ambiguity arises from the possibility the spectrum to be generated by a complex potential. The purpose of this work is to discuss several aspects of this problem.

Mathematics is not universal. Traditional normal mathematics accepted both empirical proofs and reasoning, as does science, but formal mathematics prohibits the empirical. Prohibiting the empirical is obviously disadvantageous for applications of mathematics to science, but colonial education anyway replaced normal by formal math, declaring the latter to be superior without any critical examination, and globalised it.

Two independent digestion techniques (microwave acid digestion with HF and HCl, HNO3 and Na2O2 sintering, respectively) were applied to determine the total Sb concentration in a real soil sample and in reference materials: Icelandic Basalt (BIR-1), Cody Shale (SCo-1) and (Soil-7). ICP-MS was used to determine total antimony concentrations in the digested and the extracted solutions using external calibration and isotope dilution technique. The recoveries of Sb using HF in the acids digestion mixture in closed-vessels microwave digestion system were excellent and the concentrations are in very good agreement with certified or reported concentrations of reference materials. This study aimed to investigate the effect of financial deepening on the economic growth for the case of Jordan during the period of 1980-2016. This paper aimstoevaluate and predictthe portfolios sectors (banking and financial services, in-dustry, insurance, investment, services, market portfolio) inPalestineStock Exchange (PSE)fromJanuary2013-December 2016, this resultused, Sharpe,Treynor, andJensenindexes, toevaluate the performanceofthe portfolios sectors. And (Box –Jenkins, 1976)Modelwas usedMethodology, toPredictthe performance ofthe portfolios sectors.The results revealed that the reported progresstheperformance of the bankingportfolioover theotherportfolios. The studyalso found, according to different methods and tests, the autoregressive model of degree one is the best model fitting the data. The seasonal pattern of the series has little effects on the model.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر هيكل أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية وفقا لنموذج COSO 2013 على تحسين جودة أداء التدقيق الخارجي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم تصميم استبانة تتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها وزعت على الممارسين لمهنة تدقيق الحسابات. وقد تم توزيع (110) استبانة وقد استرد منها عدد (90) استبانة بنسبة 81 % من الاستبيانات، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار (Regression ). وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر لهيكل أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية وفقا لنموذج COSO 2013 على تحسين جودة أداء التدقيق الخارجي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى درجة التزام كبيرة من قبل الشركات …
