تعد الثنائيات المتضادة من الركائز المهمة التي يعتمد عليها الشعراء في بناء قصائدهم منذ القدم، وفي بداية عصر صدر الإسلام جاءت هذه الثنائيات المتضادة واضحة في قصائد الشاعر زياد الأعجم الذي عاش معظم حياته في القرن الأول الهجري، واتخذ منها لوناً وطابعاً يستحسنه في بناء قصائده مثل: الحياة والموت، والخير والشر، والغنى والفقر، والصدق والكذب، وغيرها من الثنائيات المتضادة الأخرى، كما تنوعت مضامين هذه الثنائيات المتضادة وتوزعت بحسب حاجة الشاعر والمناسبة التي تُقال فيها، وقد بيّنت دراسة هذا البحث أن الشاعر يتكئ بشكل واضح على هذا اللون، وهذا يظهر جلياً لمن يقرأ قصائد الشاعر، وكذلك نستطيع القول إن الشاعر جعل …

إنَّ طبيعة المرء يحاول إخفاء ما يقوله أو يكتبه، ولا يفهمه في بعض الأحيان إلا من كان موجهًا إليه الخطاب مباشرة، ومن ثمَّ يشكل النص الملغز أسلوبًا حواريًا ذا قيمة فنية، ولعلَّ عزوف الباحثين من دراسة الألغاز الشعرية، يعود إلى فهمهم إليها بأنها تزويق بديعي، غير أن لغتها الشعرية ومضامينها المعنوية تدلُّ على أسلوب التلاعب بالحروف أو الألفاظ ما تكشف عن قدرة الشاعر وتمكنه من أدواته الفنية، ولعلَّ تطبيق منهج نظرية جمالية التلقي على فنٍّ من فنون البلاغة العربية إنما يعطي إشارات عن تحديد المعنى؛ لأنَّ جمالية التلقي لا تنظر إلى النصوص إلا بوصفها بنيات لتوليد المعاني، وإدماج القارئ بالنص؛ …

يهدف هذا البحث استقصاء فن الاستعارة في شعر ابن الجياب، وقد تضمن تعريفاً بالاستعارة، انطلاقاً من علاقتها بالمجاز، وتطرق لأقوال العلماء وتقسماتهم للاستعارة، وتناول قضايا التشابه والاختلاف بينها وبين التشبيه، ثم تطرق إلى تقسيماتها، بحسب زوايا النظرإلى مكوناتها، وقد عرَّج على طريقة استعمال الشاعر لهذا الفن، وذلك من خلال إجراءات التحليل والشرح، وكانَّ مصبُّ البحث باتجاه إيجاد العناصر الفنية التي من شأنها بناء الصورة الشعرية المتفردة في شعر الشاعر.

محاولة البحث الجمع بين نظرتين مختلفتين اتجاه المحسنات اللفظية لعلم البديع, وإظهار المنزلة الرفيعة التي تليق بهذا الفن البديعي, وذلك بتسليط الضوء على وظيفته الفنيّة, وقيمته الجماليّة, داخل النص الشعري, والتي لا تقف عند حدود التحسين والتزيين, وإنّما تتعدى إلى إبراز دوره في بيان المعنى, وجمالية اللفظ, وما ينطوي عليه من ايحاءات ودلالات, التي يبثّ الشاعر من خلالها تجربته الشعريّة إلى المتلقي .

شكلت دراسة ثنائية( الكرم/البخل), اهمية كبرى, كونها تعد قيمة أقتصادية مهمة, مما عبرت الثنائيات المتضادة عن عمق الواقع الذي عاشه به الشاعر, فقد اتخذت من التضاد وسيلة في منح النص الشعري قوة جمالية وأسلوبية, كاشفاً بذلك عن ماهو مضمر في ذات الشاعر, واظهار علاقات المجتمع المتناقضة, وقيمة المتباينة, لذا, فقد تناولت في هذا البحث ثنائية الكرم والبخل في قصائد الشاعر ابن الخياط, فهي واحدة من اهم الصفات والقيم الخلقية الرفيعة, التي امتازوا بيها العرب عن غيرهم من الامم الاخرى, من اجل تثبيت وتعزيز قيمة الكرم والجود في المجتمع ,وفي المقابل ذلك نفي وترك كل ما يتعلق بقيم البخل المنبوذة .

Scholars have repeatedly contrasted the 1805 and 1850 versions of William Wordsworth’s The Prelude since the discovery and publication of the former by Ernest De Sélincourt in 1926. Points of contention have included the 1850 poem’s grammatical revisions and shifts toward greater political and religious orthodoxy. This thesis is an acoustic analysis, grammatical description, and typological comparison of morphological reduplication in Hiligaynon, an Austronesian language spoken in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. This work has two main goals: first, to redescribe the formal and functional properties of full reduplication in Hiligaynon; and second, to offer a typological analysis as to how the system of reduplication in Hiligaynon compares to the known typological universals of human language, and within the genetically related languages of the Philippines. Pastaza Quichua (PQ) is a member of the Quechua IIB branch of Quechuan languages and has a rich morphology. However, this richness is often over-simplified for the sake of simpler explanation. Most Quechuan languages have a morpheme that is usually spelt -ga, -ka or -qa, and is described as a topicalizing clitic. In this thesis, I will examine the morpheme -ga in PQ, which, like its cognates, is often said to be a topicalizing clitic, despite the fact that it frequently breaks traditional rules for both topic marking and clitic-hood. The goal of this project was to explore solo clarinet works over the course of the semester and to perform them in an unaccompanied recital. The project culminated in a full-length recital on April 21st, 2023, in the Recital Hall of the NIU Music Building. After the Great War, Americans embraced change, especially women who had taken on a greater role at home during the war. As women gained more independence through the right to vote and roles outside of the house, their style choices reflected their lifestyle changes. Women would no longer be burdened by male-dominated government and societal restrictions.
