Purpose: The aim of current study was evaluating effect of concentrated growth factor alone and mixed with hyaluronic acid on osseointegration of delayed implant. Subject and Methods: A total of 12 patients, ranging in age from 20 to 45 years old, were divided into two groups in random manner. Group A: Dental implants were placed associating with concentrated growth factor. Group B: Dental implants were placed associating with concentrated growth factor and hyaluronic acid. Oral focal mucinosis is a rare lesion with less than 60 cases reported in English literature so far, to the best of our knowledge. It is considered to be the oral counterpart of cutaneous focal mucinosis and/or cutaneous myxoid cyst. Histopathologically, Oral focal mucinosis is demonsterates a well-circumscribed area of myxomatous connective tissue containing mucinous material, surrounded by denser collagenous connective tissue. We present a case of Oral focal mucinosis occurring on the buccal gingiva of the lower jaw.

Objectives: The aim of the present Systematic Review was to compare between immediate and delayed dental implant placement using resonance frequency analysis specifically Implant Stability Quotients (ISQ).

Search methods: Search was performed in two databases (PubMed and Cochrane Library) till March 2023. Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) were included and measurements of ISQ at time of placement and time of loading were recorded. We excluded papers discussing bone grafting, orthodontic treatment and implant surface treatment.

Objectives: Comparative evaluation of surface changes and bond strength of Microabrasion Bleached enamel before and after Remineralization with Nano-hydroxyapatite paste, an In vitro study.

Methods: Enamel samples were divided into - Group I - Conventional bleaching (HB), Group II - Conventional bleaching with remineralization (HB+N-Hp), Group III - Microabrasion-assisted bleaching(M+HB), and Group IV - Microabrasion-assisted bleaching with remineralization(M+HB+NHp). Surface roughness was measured using a profilometer. Samples were stored in artificial saliva for two weeks, then bonded with nanofilled composite resin and subjected to shear bond strength (SBS) analysis.

Complex crown-root fractures are characterized by the involvement of both crown and root with pulp exposure. They pose aesthetic, functional, and psychological problems for the patient. Furthermore, they can pose technical difficulties for the practitioner. The purpose of this case report is to describe the management of a complex crown-root fracture of the right upper central incisor with subgingival limit by reattaching the tooth fragment with fiber-reinforced post. We considered a coronal elongation (gingivectomy and osteoplasty) to recreate the biological space and to expose the limit of the fracture line to guarantee the quality of the bond.

Objectives: To evaluate effects of surface treatments on the color stability (ΔE) and translucency parameter (TP) of Gradient Multilayered yttria-stabilized Zirconia (GMZ), Ultra-translucent multilayered Zirconia (UTML) and lithium disilicate glass ceramic (LD) under coffee thermocycling. Methods: 27 samples from each material were classified into 3 groups (polished, glazed, and glazed+pumice). A dental spectrophotometer was utilized to measure the color coordinates before and after thermocycling.
