To evaluate effect of conventional cigarette and heated tobacco product smoking and finishing/polishing protocol on surface roughness of a nanohybrid composite. Thirty-six discs (6mm diameter/2mm thickness) fabricated from nanohybrid composite (Palfique LX5, Tokuyama, Japan) were assigned to 6 groups according to: tobacco product (conventional cigarette/LM, Philip Morris International Inc., Egypt; and heated tobacco/Heets, Russet, Philip Morris International Inc., Italy); and finishing/polishing protocol (control /discs cured against Mylar strip; finishing discs/Diamond Master Kit, FGM, Brazil; two-step polishing system/DIACOMP PLUS TWIST, EVE, Germany). Objective: The study aims to evaluate the characteristics of these teeth; and to assess factors regarding treatment. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using transilluminated and reflected light photographs, and the lesion was classified according to its color, size, type, heterogeneity and surface integrity. Introduction: We used CBCT scans of a human mandibular molar in concert with the Stratasys 3-D printer to fabricate said teeth with similar texture and hardness to enamel, dentin, and cementum. The printed tooth should also have the same crown and root anatomy, as well as root canal anatomy of the scanned tooth. Aim: To compare the success rate regarding esthetics, parenteral satisfaction, and oral health related quality of life (OHRQoL) after treatment of early childhood caries with Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)compared to conventional Glass ionomer Restoration (CGI).

Materials and Methods: We conducted a systematic review following PRISMA statement by searching on the following electronic databases: PubMed, Cochrane.
