This study discussed about Intan Special Library organization communication climate in terms of information flow and five dimensions of the communication climate namely support, decision making participation, openness, trust, and high performance goals. The purpose of this research was to understand and provide an overview of the communication climate of Intan Special Library and what factors influenced the climate formation. The Anchor: 2019

The Anchor began in 1887 and was first issued weekly in 1914. Covering national and campus news alike, Hope College’s student-run newspaper has grown over the years to encompass over two-dozen editors, reporters, and staff. For much of The Anchor's history, the latest issue was distributed across campus each Wednesday throughout the academic school year (with few exceptions). In recent years The Anchor moved to monthly print issues and a more frequently updated website. The Anchor is now published in print twice per academic semester. Occasionally, the volume and/or issue numbering is irregular.

Global Papers On Supreme Court Judgments During 2000-2016: A Bibliometric Study, Banalata Pradhan Mrs, Annapurna Pattnaik

This paper analyses the growth and development of productivity in Supreme Court Judgments Worldwide during the period 2000-2016, data extracted from Scopus database. The focus of the study is on highest producing countries and institutions engaged in research and their impact on the society. The study shows that the World output in Supreme Court judgments has grown continuously during the period of study but in an inconsistent way. USA contributed highest 49.64% papers to the total World’s output followed by UK and Canada. Only a small proportion (35.99%) remains uncited during the period of study.

Purpose: Query suggestions are contributive in formulating queries and improving search results on the Web. This tool is used in most search and retrieval systems like the search engines, databases, personal search tools and so on. The factors affecting the use of query suggestions by the users from the perspective of experts are identified.

Methodology: First, a number of factors are identified through the documentary methodology, and next the significance of each factor is determined through the fuzzy Delphi method here.

The call for social justice and rise of postmodernism in the second half of the 20th century forced the critical re-evaluation of the traditional archive and its presumed neutral role in the collection and creation of history. Reappraisal of traditional archive theory and practice was forced by heightened critical conscious among the field and its constituents. This literature review examines contemporary methodologies and methods influenced by the postmodern movement and call for social justice in the archive. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. Collecting data from 5 informants was conducted in January-May 2018.
