The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) featured stimulus checks, extended unemployment benefits, and funds COVID-19 vaccines. It also provides $200 million in funding for the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). In addition to supporting the IMLS, ARPA also included additional provisions for broadband assistance, such as funds to be appropriated towards schools and libraries to support remote learning.

The present study attempts to identify the present scenario of institutional repositories in the college libraries of Assam. For the purpose of collecting the primary data, a structured questionnaire was prepared for the respondents. The questionnaires were distributed to the targeted populations by personally or by e-mail and the same were received by personally or e-mail. The results of the study have showed that fifty-four colleges out of one hundred twenty-six surveyed college libraries have developed functional institutional repositories while twenty-three college libraries have started the process and forty-nine colleges don’t have an institutional repositories. Antioxidant helps to reduce various disorders and control pathological conditions such as cancer, aging, cardiovascular disease, cataracts, immune system decline, and brain dysfunction etc. In this study, the top 200 highly cited articles (citations 327,657) with total 647 authors were retrieved from Elsevier’s Scopus database (105,440 hits) by the keyword “antioxidant” published across the worldwide for the timespan 1976-2020 years. The price of textbooks has skyrocketed in recent years, forcing our students to incorporate additional expenses in order to gain access to class material. College libraries play a crucial role in facilitating students with access to reserve collections, however, library policies do not always assist students in the most practical way. The comparative case study, Documenting Rebellions: A Study of Four Lesbian and Gay Archives in Queer Times, traces the development of four prominent lesbian and gay archives as they grew out of the rights movement of the 1960s through the AIDS crisis and into the 21^st century. The study is informed by both queer theory and archival theory. The volume historically contextualizes them within the lesbian and gay rights movement, as well as the movement in archival science and practice to restore the voices of those silenced by power structures within society.
