Discourse On Digital Government And Regulation: A Bibliometric Analysis, Prakoso Bhairawa Putera, Amelya Gustina

This study aims to discuss digital government and regulation, analyzed through the bibliometric approach with the Scopus database for the last 20 years and visualized through the VOSviewer software version 1.6.16. The results indicate that the topic of e-government has become essentially prominent and has been the most discussed in the past two decades. Approximately 41.1% of digital government and regulation articles are classified under the subject area of 'Computer Science', continued by Social Sciences (18.3%), and Business, Management and Accounting (10.2%), with the majority of being 'All Open Access' (46%). This article explores the challenges encountered by academic library staff regarding the handling or processing of online requests from library clients. The researcher outlined the challenges identified by the respondents and provided suitable recommendations. This study employed a quantitative approach that enabled the researcher to generalise the findings. Data was intended to be collected from 39 library staff, but 27 responded. This paper analyses the 2555 publications with more than 100 citations indexed in Web of Science under research in Animal Clinical Trials. These publications have been received 556159 Citations, written by 13280 authors from 2833 institutes across the world. The most productive countries are: USA is the leading country with 1442 (56.4%), UK with 304 (11.9%), Germany 209 (8.2%), Canada 179(7%), Australia (130), Italy (132), Netherlands (116). It was found that structuralism and post-structuralism have a significant impact on the functioning of modern libraries and, therefore, their importance should be given consideration. As Murray State University began offering more online courses and programs, it became apparent by the spring of 2019 that the Libraries needed to address distance and online learners’ information literacy needs. We were concerned about being able to reach all of the courses that needed instruction, such as courses taught in high schools through our dual credit program. We estimated that only about 30 percent of our targeted general education courses were being reached through our face-to-face instruction program.
