Artikel ini memaparkan kompetensi pedagogik, permasalahan-permasalahan pengembangan dan kebutuhan pengembangan pembelajaran terkait penyiapan guru vokasional TAV abad 21. Data diambil menggunakan metode survey. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru vokasional TAV abad 21 dinilai sangat penting. Sembilan aspek kompetensi pedagogik terpenting, diantaranya: (1) pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi; (2) penggunaan model pembelajaran vokasional; (3) menyusun RPP; (4) pemahaman landasan kependidikan vokasional; (5) pemahaman karakteristik peserta didik; (6) menyusun instrumen penilaian; (7) menggunakan media pembelajaran konstekstual; (8) pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran; dan (9) penyampaian materi pelajaran secara spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektifan media pembelajaran kearsipan digital dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Model pengembangan media ini menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck. Subyek pengujian dilakukan di dua kelas, yaitu kelas X AP 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan X AP 2 (kelas kontrol) di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan Modul Praktik (Lab Sheet) pada mata kuliah Teknik Digital menggunakan pendekatan Project Based Learning. Kualitas produk pengembangan dinilai berdasarkan: (1) aspek kevalidan, (2) aspek kepraktisan, dan (3) aspek keefektifan mahasiswa. Prosedur pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). This study was quasi-experimental using a nonrandomized control group, pretest-posttest design. This study aims to determine the industrial assessment of technical and employability skills of students. The research was conducted by using survey method in several industries as the place of the Job Training (PKL) of the students. The research technique used purposive random sampling with respondents in this research consist of 23 industry in Jakarta area. The results of the research are (1) the industrial assessment of the technical skills of the students obtained a score of 73.10 with high interpretation; (2) The industry average rating of employability of students skills is 83.10 with very high interpretation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran pengenalan corel draw berbasis Adobe Flash CS3 untuk siswa kelas X jurusan multimedia di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara; dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi sebagai bahan ajar bagi siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif pengenalan CorelDraw pada mata pelajaran Desain Grafis menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran interaktif yang berisikan tujuh kompetensi dasar dan dilengkapi dengan video tutorial. Kebutuhan kompetensi di era digital lebih khusus di era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) membutuhkan tenaga kerja professional di bidang keahlian Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Salah satu bidang keahlian di SMK adalah bidang keahlian Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemetaan kompetensi lulusan SMK TIK di Kota Makassar dan peluang kerja lulusan TIK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjamin tingkat kualitas Sistem Informasi Kegiatan Sekolah berbasis mobile web agar tidak terjadi error serta fitur dan fugsionalitasnya sesuai yang dijanjikan dengan melakukan pengujian menggunakan standar ISO 25010. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 4 karakteristik pada standar ISO 25010 yaitu functional suitability, compatibility, usability, dan performance efficiency. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu black-box testing, USE Questionnaire, Yslow tools dan Pingdom Website Speed Test.
