The purpose of the study was to find the determinants of e-learning implementation by teachers of vocational school in the Yogyakarta Special Region. The research objective was achieved by describing the essential influence of social environment and facilitating conditions toward the technology acceptance model of e-learning. The study was a correlational research one with an ex-post facto approach. The number of research sample was 132 teachers and the research sample was determined by the Krejcie & Morgan formula. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa berwawasan kewirausahaan; dan (2) mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa berwawasan kewirausahaan. (3) mengetahui efektivitas dan keunggulan model; dan (4) mengimplentasikan model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan blended learning di SMK TI Udayana ditinjau dari beberapa komponen evaluasi yaitu system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, dan program certification. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi evaluatif, dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CSE-UCLA (Center for the Study of Evaluation- University of California in Los Angeles). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari: kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan tim pengelola blended learning. This study used descriptive quantitative method. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penulisan laporan hasil belajar siswa SMK pada pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 menggunakan software penulisan rapor online. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif eksploratif, yang merupakan bagian dari penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Sharma. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan angket. Partisipan kegiatan pemanfaatan software di SMK sebanyak 9 SMK baik negeri dan swasta di DI Yogyakarta, dengan melibatkan wakasek kurikulum, guru kelas, dan teknisi teknologi informasi dari tiap sekolah partisipan. Artikel ini memaparkan kompetensi pedagogik, permasalahan-permasalahan pengembangan dan kebutuhan pengembangan pembelajaran terkait penyiapan guru vokasional TAV abad 21. Data diambil menggunakan metode survey. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru vokasional TAV abad 21 dinilai sangat penting. Sembilan aspek kompetensi pedagogik terpenting, diantaranya: (1) pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi; (2) penggunaan model pembelajaran vokasional; (3) menyusun RPP; (4) pemahaman landasan kependidikan vokasional; (5) pemahaman karakteristik peserta didik; (6) menyusun instrumen penilaian; (7) menggunakan media pembelajaran konstekstual; (8) pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran; dan (9) penyampaian materi pelajaran secara spesifik. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan Modul Praktik (Lab Sheet) pada mata kuliah Teknik Digital menggunakan pendekatan Project Based Learning. Kualitas produk pengembangan dinilai berdasarkan: (1) aspek kevalidan, (2) aspek kepraktisan, dan (3) aspek keefektifan mahasiswa. The purpose of the study was to investigate whether or not there is a significant effect of silent short movie on EFL writing achievement of the vocational high school students. This study was quasi-experimental using a nonrandomized control group, pretest-posttest design. There were 61 students who were selected randomly from the 10 classes of tenth-graders of the 6th State Vocational School in Samarinda. The instruments used in the study was writing test.
