การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กรอบแนวคิดเส้นทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและสมรรถนะผู้นำในอนาคต 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของเส้นทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะผู้นำในอนาคต และ 3) ออกแบบนวัตกรรมเส้นทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะผู้นำในอนาคต โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรคือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตัวอย่างจำนวน 481 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 692 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย 2) แบบสอบถามที่พึงประสงค์ 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี 4) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของร่างนวัตกรรม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดเส้นทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย (1) โปรแกรมการพัฒนา 3 โปรแกรม ได้แก่ (1.1) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาก่อนการปฏิบัติงาน (1.2) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาเมื่อเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน และ (1.3) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาขณะปฏิบัติงาน (2) รูปแบบและวิธีการพัฒนา 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ (2.1) การพัฒนาระหว่างเวลาปฏิบัติงาน (2.2) การพัฒนานอกเวลาปฏิบัติงาน (2.3) การพัฒนาแบบผสมผสาน70:20:10 กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะผู้นำในอนาคต ประกอบด้วย 12 สมรรถนะ ได้แก่ (1) การบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ (2) การสื่อสารอย่างชัดเจน (3) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ (4) การขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลง (5) การเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อย่างฉับไว (6) การปรับตัวและยืดหยุ่น (7) การยอมรับความแตกต่างและความหลากหลาย (8) การสร้างเครือข่ายและความร่วมมือ (9) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและความผูกพัน (10) การพัฒนาผู้มีศักยภาพสูงสำหรับอนาคต (11) ความฉลาดรู้ทางดิจิทัล และ(12) ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของเส้นทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะผู้นำในอนาคต ประกอบด้วย 2.1) โปรแกรมการพัฒนา …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ 2) ศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ 3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multi-Phase Mixed Methods) ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการภาษาต่างประเทศ และครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งหมด 63 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (3) การพัฒนาสื่อแหล่งเรียนรู้และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (4) การนิเทศการสอน (5) การวัดและประเมินผล กรอบแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วยทักษะดังนี้ (1) ทักษะการพูดด้านกายภาพ (2) ทักษะการพูดด้านภาษาศาสตร์ (3) ทักษะการพูดด้านการคิด (4) ทักษะการพูดด้านสังคมและอารมณ์ 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.170) เมื่อจำแนกตามการบริหารวิชาการรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.226) ด้านการนิเทศการสอน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.225) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.184) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.123) และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ แหล่งเรียนรู้และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.092) ตามลำดับ เมื่อจำแนกตามทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูด พบว่าสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.170) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ทักษะการพูดด้านสังคมและอารมณ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.270) ทักษะการพูดด้านการคิด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.250) ทักษะการพูดด้านภาษาศาสตร์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย …

The intent of this qualitative critical incident study was to explore the interpretation of equity by White equity-trained suburban educators (WETSE) and minoritized parents (MP) in a Midwestern suburban school district to address and change inequitable student outcomes. WETSE and MP participated independently in focus groups. The research design used critical incident technique (CIT) as the methodology; focus groups as the data collection tool; and thematic analysis (TA) as the analytical tool. This study implements a quantitative assessment survey to explore how experiences of students who participated in a conduct hearing process during the 2020 fall academic semester align with the conduct process learning outcomes of a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Florida (Northeast University). Survey descriptive statistics indicate Northeast University’s conduct process facilitated student understanding of university policies, understanding of their impact on the campus community, and facilitated a process that resulted in a student’s intention to no longer violate university policy again in the future. College undermatch, the pattern of well-qualified students applying to and attending less selective colleges than their academic qualifications would permit, disproportionally affects low-SES students, a particular concern since attending a match college increases the likelihood that a student will graduate and reduces the amount of time to degree. The failure of educators to meet the needs of elementary students who require separated, differentiated, and intensive reading interventions (Tier 3) has been attributed to the scarcity of administrative resources and a lack of effective collaboration between reading specialists and classroom teachers. This study asked Directors of Financial Aid Office at colleges and universities in Iowa to complete a questionnaire and share how they were implementing collaborative financial literacy programs at their institution. The study sought to answer three questions: (1) To what extent are institutions in Iowa working cross-departmentally to incorporate financial literacy into programming on their campus?, (2) What is the connection between cross-departmental financial literacy programming and student graduation and retention?, and (3) How is cross-departmental financial literacy programming reflected in federal student loan data?

This research explores the experiences of eight individuals with positional responsibility for the implementation of the Clery Act as a part of a college or university campus community, specifically seeking to understand the use of crisis communication theory in the issuance of timely warnings. Qualitative methods, specifically semi-structured interviews and a content analysis of previously issued timely warnings,were employed. In 2017, the state of Michigan operated, and continues to operate, in an unstipulated policy environment related to undocumented students. There is no higher education commission or policy coordinating body in Michigan nor has the state legislature passed any legislation related to undocumented students or students who are DACA-eligible. Under this unstipulated policy environment, postsecondary institutions have the discretion to establish their own admissions policies and practices, including tuition and financial aid guidelines for undocumented students. Some institutions have stated their public support of these students through what they identify as inclusive and supportive institutional practices via their websites. However, …

This article provides a brief biology of the Tajik kovrak (F.tadshikorum Pimen.) And information on the establishment of plantations in the arable lands of Arnasay district of Jizzakh region in 2015-2019 by sowing seeds of the plant from different regions. The experiment was of two types: Option 1, in which the soil was well tilled, plowed, and then sown, and Option 2 was chiseled and then sown in seedbeds. It was found that planting resin-bearing husks in plowed areas gave better results than in chisel-planted areas. In both cases, the number of fragile seedlings has been declining over the years. …

The article provides information about the quality of seeds: infestation, germination, humidity and mass of 1000 seeds of some fudder legumes plants. The infestation of seeds in the studied species in natural conditions ranges from 16,9 to 22,4 %, and the moisture content of seeds was 12.9-15.4 %, depending on the species. Hard-seeding is very high, from 80.6 (O.micrantha) to 95.4% (A.sieversianus). Seed dormancy in the studied taxa according to the classification of M. G. Nikolaeva et al. The article is devoted to the altitudinal and biotopic distribution of terrestrial mollusсs of the Zaamin mountains. Faunistic analysis showed that 31 species of mollusсs belonging to 19 genera and 14 families live in this region. The high-altitude distribution of mollusсs was carried out according to the classification of K.Z.Zakirov, where such high-altitude zones as chul (plains), adyr (foothills), tau (mountains) and yaylau (high mountains) were identified. In this study, technical sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) with degree of substitution (DS) = 0.62-0.90 and a degree of polymerization (DP) = 200-600 were washed in 70% ethyl alcohol and a 2% fraction of purified Na-CMC was centrifugation at a speed of 6000 rpm for 20 minutes. A 0.1 M solution of SeO2 was added to the centrifuged Na-CMC solution at 60 ⁰C and mixed mechanically.
