This paper examines the factors affecting brand awareness in Saudi Arabia Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. An electronic survey was distributed to 203 employees. The results indicated a positive correlation between credibility and brand awareness, while a negative correlation between the following variables (social media, influencer, E-wom) and brand awareness. These results imply that companies like Nesma & partners should not rely on social media, influencers, and E-wom to reach brand awareness. Future research is needed to investigate more factors affecting brand awareness in construction companies

This study aims to examine the relationships among marketing capabilities, relational capital, market orientation, and innovation performance among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with data analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares) method via WarpPLS 8.0, which enables effective analysis of nonlinear relationships as well as mediation and moderation effects. The study population consists of SME actors in Indonesia, with a sample obtained through purposive sampling, involving a minimum of 180 respondents. The Music Industry Technical Camp (MITC) is a public-private partnership designed by DianJen and delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts in Trinidad and Tobago. Its focus is on providing intensive practical training on the business and technical aspects of the music industry to persons 18-65 years of age and comprises 90 hours of instruction delivered over a six-week period. Between 2014 and 2018, 89 participants graduated from the MITC. This document analyses the profitability of investments in venture accelerators compared to early-stage venture capital funds. Using a case study of a single fund manager operating both investment types, it tracks the Total Value to Paid-In (TVPI) ratio over 6 years. The early-stage venture capital investments showed a positive trend, exceeding a TVPI of 1, indicating profitability driven by company survival rates, external funding attraction, and growth. Conversely, the accelerator investments underperformed, with a TVPI consistently below 1, suggesting a loss for investors. This study seeks to examine whether a composite valuation model (made of several multiples) can outperform a single-multiple valuation model in valuation accuracy. This study applied a trial-and-error iteration using scripts written in R studio to optimize the weight of each multiple in each composite, aiming to reach a minimum valuation error for each composite valuation model. Based on financial data of 2009-2019, a composite valuation model performs better than a single-multiple valuation model in assessing all peer groups, achieving up to 18% greater accuracy, which is a significant improvement. Grievances are common in work, indicating major impediments to employee performance. Employee grievances lower productivity, motivation, and work happiness, damaging firms. This flexible design qualitative study investigated and improved understanding of entrepreneurs' failure to resolve employee concerns in Los Angeles' small businesses, resulting in lower organizational performance. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 participants—4 executives and 11 junior staff. A thematic analysis identified eight main themes: Small business employee grievances; reasons for grievances; consequences of grievances; resolving grievances; leaders' responsibilities in handling grievances; leaders' mindsets that hinder or improve grievance management; and how to improve leaders' mindsets. This research examines the impact of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) on startup success, focusing on acquisition outcomes, IPO performance, and value creation versus capture. Grounded in digital platform theory, we explore how APIs help startups integrate into ecosystems, increasing scalability, visibility, and access to resources. Using Crunchbase data and visual analysis in RStudio, we compare API-enabled startups with others across performance metrics. Our findings show that startups with APIs raise more capital at IPO and employ more full-time staff, signaling greater investor confidence and organizational scale. Small business research has neglected comparing employees’ perceptions on variables related to in-house human resources (HRI) vs. outsourced human resources (HRO) in small businesses. We used a mixed methods research design to study this issue. The first study consisted of 11 in-depth interviews. The qualitative insights we gained helped to guide survey construction for the second quantitative survey-based study. For the survey, 101 HRI U.S. employees and 97 HRO U.S. employees filled out a survey.
