Physical space plays an important role in creating inclusive and unbiased environments. The 2019 University of Dayton Library renovation included a new space: the Scholars’ Commons. Faculty and doctoral students can use this card-accessible space for collegial interaction, independent learning, collaboration, professional development, and private reading and writing. The study is focused on examining the information-seeking behaviour of elderly persons in Ethiope East, Local Government Area. Four research objectives guided the study. A survey research design was adopted for the study. Two hundred (200) elderly persons were selected through systematic random sampling from each of the districts in the Ethiope East (Abraka, Otoro-Agbon, and Ovu) amounting to a sample size of six hundred (600) elderly persons used for the study. The present study attempts to find out the Internet usage pattern of the students of the Cyber Library at the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. The main objectives are to find out the awareness level, frequency of usage, satisfaction level and the problems faced while accessing the internet at the cyber library. To fulfil these objectives, a survey method was adopted and a structured questionnaire was used to collect data. A sample of 150 students was collected comprising 75 undergraduates and 75 postgraduates. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many academic libraries were faced with the challenge of supporting academic success while most students were off-campus and taking online classes. Many outreach librarians turned to virtual programming.

Pet Grams were developed as a way to reach out and connect virtually with patrons, no matter their location. These slides accompanied the presentation, Connecting Incarcerated Students to Digital Resources, which was delivered on April 1, 2022, during the general session, at the CARL-ACRL conference. The slides describe Ethan Annis' experience, between December 2019 - March 2022, of leading efforts to incorporate technology and library services into the education of students at Mount Tamalpais College, which educates ~300 incarcerated students inside San Quentin. When Ethan started, there were no computers for student use. Research Study Checklist to accompany the Association of College and Research Libraries Project Outcome webinar "Evaluating Library Instruction at 2-Year and 4-Year Institutions". This webinar outlined how to use Project Outcome as a catalyst for research. Librarians from Seminole State College of Florida and University of Central Florida discussed using the Project Outcome for Academic Libraries toolkit to investigate the similarities and differences in the perceived student satisfaction/value of library instruction at a two-year and a four-year institution.
