This paper describes results of a scientometric study of “Robotics” research publications during the period of 10 years i.e. (2009-2018). The raw data was collected from leading citation database i.e. Scopus. The study examines and analysis various scientometrics parameter and after the analysis it has been found that the out of total 4325 research paper, the highest documents were published in 2018 i.e. 791 (18.29%) while the minimum 134 (3.1%) of research papers were found in the year 2009 and the annual growth rate of publications was in fluctuating trends. The goal of the library is to provide quality service and lifelong learning facilities to its users. However, there are indications of low level of effectiveness in many polytechnic libraries. Studies revealed that this could be attributed to leadership style. The study, therefore, investigated the extent to which leadership style influenced institutional effectiveness of polytechnic libraries in South-West, Nigeria.

Are we doing enough to market newly acquired book titles? Libraries purchase and subscribe to many new book titles each year, both print and electronic. However, we rely on the expectation that users will periodically search our systems to discover newly acquired titles. Static lists and displays have been traditional marketing methods for libraries, but require tedious time and effort to maintain. This study examined the social media use and its influence on academic performance of Postgraduate students of Benue State University, Makurdi. Four research questions were answered. Population for this study was 76 library staff of Benue State University and was used as sample. Instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire. Data collected was analysed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Findings of the study revealed that Postgraduate students mostly spend their time using Facebook on social media. The main concern of a bank is customer satisfaction. Every bank strives to achieve customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer becomes the positive word of mouth for the bank. The purpose of this research is to find out customer satisfaction in commercial banks, particularly in Bank AL Falah. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 150 customers of Bank AL Falah in Hyderabad. Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis. The result concludes that customers perceive higher satisfaction, and the environment and commitment and behavior of staff with customers have a major impact on customer satisfaction.

Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) is a regional university located in Montgomery, Alabama. The enrollment consists of 3,990 FTE undergraduate and graduate students (Auburn University at Montgomery, 2017). The library at AUM holds nearly 600,000 volumes, excluding government documents, along with more than 100 journal databases, which support student and faculty research. Over the past five years, the materials budget has decreased more than 30%, requiring collection reductions. Initial analysis determined that in addition to other items, one of the recommended products for elimination was the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) Humanities E-Book project.
