The study explores the adoption of Koha ILMS in the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) and Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IITBBS). The particular study researcher adopted the survey method and questionnaire tool used for data collection. The finding of the study shows both institutes are using commercial software before adopting Koha. Institutes migrate their data from old ILMS to Koha; Only IITBBS faces data quality problems during migration. Almost all of Koha modules have well received by both institutes. Since modern librarians are urged to acquire technological skills, thus objectives of this study are; 1) to examine whether or not the acquisition of such skills affects their generic job satisfaction (GJS) and; 2) to identify the training needs. To this end, twelve research hypotheses were formulated indicating the relationship of technology skills with GJS. The findings revealed significant effects of technology functional and professional skills on GJS and accordingly, all hypotheses (H₁-H₁₂) are supported. The purpose of this study was to measure the number of contributions and highlight the contributions made by the researchers in the field of leprosy and published on the Web of Science database during 2010-2020 using scientometric analysis. Data were interpreted by using software such as Bibexcel, Vosviewer, and tabulated using MS Excel. The results indicated that 4544 papers were published during 2010 - 2020 and the highest number of publications 456 (10.03%) was produced in 2020. This paper is based on the bibliometric analysis of Nanomedicine research published from 2009 to 2018. Total 6415 records were retrieved for analysis from the Web of Science database. The study covers year wise distribution of publications, identification of most prolific authors, identification of most contributing countries, application of Bradford’s law and identification of core journals in the field of nanomedicine. The study reveals that China has contributed highest publications followed by USA and India. The authorship pattern of the publications was studied. The publications are highly collaborative (DC=0.98).

The present paper aims to analyse the patterns of productivity in the information retrieval literature during the period of ten years i.e. (2009-2018). The study covers a total number of 4238 records indexed in the Scopus database. Out of a total of 4238 publications, a maximum 1915 records were contributed by two authors, followed by three authors with1176 contributions. A total of 17829 citations were recorded on 4238 publications and the maximum (29.67) annual growth was recorded in 2010 from the marked period of study. With rising costs and limited resources, it has become increasingly important for academic libraries to make acquisition decisions prudently to build a collection that meets its users' learning, teaching, and research needs. As such, Singapore Management University's (“SMU”) Libraries use a patron-driven acquisitions process, whereby acquisition decisions are guided by users' needs and requests. This article seeks to investigate if the current patron-driven acquisitions approach adequately meets the research needs of SMU's users through a mixed methods approach.
