This article presents a process evaluation of a peer mentorship programme, implemented between 2021 and 2023, for around 370 midwifery faculty in Bangladesh, including 40 newly deployed faculty. 20 peer mentors, prepared by international midwifery faculty, conducted quarterly visits to public midwifery education institutions (MEIs) to provide mentorship support to midwifery faculty and to monitor the quality of midwifery education.
