Increasing the efficiency of hospital management sustainability is an ongoing financial management guidelines that absolutely must be adopted by any hospital. This study aims at obtaining information about the components that contribute to the fluctuations of the current ratio Hospital X between 2000, 2001 and 2002. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches, with the primary data source (in-depth interviews to the relevant parties ie Hospital Director, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Director Adiministrasi Finance) and the secondary data source include financial statements. The process of knowledge sharing becomes important processes for an organization in creating new knowledge and innovation. Tacit and explicit knowledge can be moved through several processes to knowledge sharing. Culture an important part of the process, especially an appreciation of the sources of knowledge that is willing to share the knowledge. In educational organizations especially recently established such as Vocational Program UI should institutionalization of knowledge as a knowledge center will be beneficial in the process of knowledge sharing.

The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to examine the experiences of Louisiana’s Ensuring Literacy For All (ELFA) initiative from the perspective of
educational administrators in order to identify: (a) the factors within ELFA that contributed to student reading performance; (b) the effects of the perceptions of ELFA administrators on student achievement; and (c) the components of effective leadership that attributed to the success of ELFA implementation. Bandura‘s (1993) socio-psychological theory of self efficacy was used to frame this study, which included six ELFA administrators from the state, district, and school level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the reconfiguration of three schools, on parent trust, as measured by parent perceptions in a small urban school district in New Jersey.

Youth Sport Coaching Efficacy: Coach Education Level As A Predictor Of Coaching Efficacy, Geoffrey V. Weller

The purpose of this research was to evaluate coaches’ level of education as a predictor of their coaching efficacy level. The study tested ten hypotheses. Two for each of the five types of coaching efficacy identified: (1) Coaches with a higher level of education will not exhibit a higher level of coaching efficacy and (2) male coaches will not exhibit a higher level of coaching efficacy than similarly educated female coaches. Individuals (N=1669) coaching teams within the YMCA of Lincoln, NE Youth Sports Branch were emailed a link to an online survey developed using Qualtrics software. An analysis of variance …

There is a paucity of extant research on compassion fatigue in nurse faculty. The literature contextualized the existence of compassion fatigue in nurses practicing in the clinical area as well as those in service professions. This explanatory mixed methods study examines the risk of compassion fatigue among full time nurse faculty teaching in three four-year baccalaureate generic nursing programs. The relationship between compassion fatigue and nurse faculty's attitudes of stress in their work environment was further explored with the Margin In Life instrument to determine if there was a relationship between compassion fatigue and an individual's power, load and margin. …
