Among those 29.1 million people, 21 million have been diagnosed, but 8.1 million have not. Between 2011 and 2016, 84% of senior leaders in community colleges indicated retirement intentions and thereby exposed a need to provide better mentorship, training, and early selection of potential replacements for college executives. The purpose of this study was to determine the nature and extent of the relationships between the independent variables (mentorship, leadership training, and time in the position as dean) and the dependent variable (demonstrated leadership of academic deans in community colleges). Naturopathic medical schools are concerned with low first-time pass rates on the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Exam Part I (NPLEX I) that may impact schools' accreditation with the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME). Cloud-based services designed for educational use, like Google Apps for Education (GAFE), afford deeply collaborative activities across multiple applications. Through primary research, the authors discovered that cloud-based technologies such as GAFE and Google Drive afford new opportunities for collaborative cross-platform composing and student engagement. These affordances require new pedagogies to transform these potentialities into practice, as well as a reexamination of contemporary theory of computers and composition. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชนและการลดภาระงบประมาณแผ่นดินด้านการศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ จัดลำดับประเด็นความต้องการจำเป็นและวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส ภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารแบรนด์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดการลดภาระงบประมาณแผ่นดินด้านการศึกษา 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดการลดภาระงบประมาณแผ่นดินด้านการศึกษา ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากโรงเรียนเอกชน 272 โรงเรียน โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารและครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Chi-square ค่าดัชนีPNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย การบริหารแบรนด์ของโรงเรียนเอกชน 3 กระบวนการ คือ การวางแผนการบริหารแบรนด์ การนำแผนการบริหารแบรนด์ไปปฏิบัติ และ การประเมินผลแบรนด์ และกรอบแนวคิดการลดภาระงบประมาณแผ่นดินด้านการศึกษา ได้แก่ การเพิ่มจำนวนของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนที่รับเงินอุดหนุน และไม่รับเงินอุดหนุน 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชนอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีจุดแข็ง คือ การวางแผนการบริหารแบรนด์ จุดอ่อน คือ การประเมินผลแบรนด์ และการนำแผนการบริหารแบรนด์ไปปฏิบัติ โอกาส คือ ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีและสภาพสังคม และภาวะคุกคาม คือ การเมืองและนโยบายการศึกษาของรัฐและสภาพเศรษฐกิจ และ 3) กลยุทธ์การแบรนด์โรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดการลดภาระงบประมาณแผ่นดินด้านการศึกษา มีกลยุทธ์หลัก 3 กลยุทธ์คือ (1) เสริมความเข้มแข็งของการวางแผนบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียน (2) ปรับปรุงกระบวนนำแผนการบริหารแบรนด์โรงเรียนสู่การปฏิบัติ และ (3) ปรับปรุงการประเมินผลแบรนด์โรงเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบ มีกลยุทธ์รอง 7 กลยุทธ์ และมีวิธีดำเนินการ 24 วิธี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิ คณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนจำนวน 16 โรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทย ปีการศึกษา 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNI Modified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กรอบแนวคิดในการเสริมสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ มีความเคารพตนเองและผู้อื่นในโลกดิจิทัล ใช้งานดิจิทัลอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบและปลอดภัย และสร้างนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล การวิเคราะห์สภาพภายในฝ่ายวิชาการเป็นจุดอ่อน และฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียนเป็นจุดแข็ง และสภาพภายนอกนโยบายของรัฐ สภาพเศรษฐกิจและสภาพสังคม เป็นภาวะคุมคามในส่วนสภาพเทคโนโลยีเป็นโอกาส และกลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล มี 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ 1) ปรับปรุงการบริหารเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีการใช้งานดิจิทัลอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบและปลอดภัย 2) เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการบริหารเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนในการสร้างนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล 3) ยกระดับการบริหารเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีความเคารพต่อตนเองและผู้อื่นในโลกดิจิทัล

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ และการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ 2) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาครู 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาครู ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล ภายใต้สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 178 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑลมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 123 โรงเรียนผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 102 คน และครูจำนวน 249 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 2 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามาตรประมาณค่า และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของ (ร่าง) แนวการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑลตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ และการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมากที่สุดตามลำดับ (สภาพปัจจุบัน = 4.015, SD = 0.749 สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ = 4.602, SD = 0.583) 2) ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาครูที่สูงสุดคือ การประเมินผลการพัฒนาครู (PNImodified = 0.146) 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 5 แนวทางดังนี้ 1) พัฒนาครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียนโดยเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการ ด้านความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ คิดวิจารณญาณ อภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและแก้ปัญหาของผู้เรียน 2) พัฒนาครูเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครูในกระบวนการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติโดยเน้นการสะท้อนคิดเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียน 3) พัฒนาครูเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการโดยเน้นการจัดประสบการณ์ตรงให้แก่ผู้เรียนเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียน 4) ปรับปรุงการประเมินผลการพัฒนาครูโดยเน้นการประเมินผล 3 ลักษณะ 5) ปรับปรุงการนำแผนพัฒนาครูไปปฏิบัติโดยเน้นการพัฒนาครูเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการในด้านการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้ทำงานเป็นกลุ่มอย่างหลากหลายร่วมมือรวมพลังเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียน แนวคิดความผูกพันของครู และแนวคิดความผูกพันนักเรียน 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน 3) จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน 4)พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียน กลุ่มประชากรคือ โรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญจำนวน 3,373 แห่ง ใช้กลุ่มตัวจำนวน 330 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน รวม 873 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันมี 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ การทำงานที่มีความหมาย ฝ่ายบริหารร่วมปฏิบัติงานและตัดสินใจอย่างเหมาะสม สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานเชิงบวก การให้โอกาสก้าวหน้า การมีความเชื่อมั่นในภาวะผู้นำ และการปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นธรรม กรอบแนวคิดความผูกพันของครูต่อโรงเรียน มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ พูดถึงโรงเรียนในทางบวก ต้องการทำงานกับโรงเรียนในระยะยาว ทุ่มเทและอุทิศตนทำงานเกินกว่าหน้าที่ด้วยความเต็มใจเพื่องานและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน และกรอบแนวคิดความผูกพันของนักเรียนต่อโรงเรียน มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือความผูกพันทางพฤติกรรม ความผูกพันทางอารมณ์ และความผูกพันทางปัญญา 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด 3. จุดแข็งคือการที่โรงเรียนสามารถสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในภาวะผู้นำให้แก่ครูและนักเรียน จุดอ่อนคือ การที่โรงเรียนให้โอกาสก้าวหน้าแก่ครูและนักเรียน สภาพสังคมและเทคโนโลยีเป็นโอกาส และ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ การเมืองและนโยบายรัฐบาล เป็นภาวะคุกคาม 4.กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนประกอบด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ 1)เสริมสร้างโอกาสความก้าวหน้าของครูและนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2)ปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงานของครูและนักเรียนให้เป็นการทำงานที่มีความหมายด้วยเทคโนโลยีและกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ 3) เร่งพัฒนาการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ร่วมปฏิบัติงาน ร่วมคิด ตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและกิจกรรมการเรียนของนักเรียน 4) พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานเชิงบวกให้เป็นกลไกพื้นฐานในการสร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนาน 5) ยกระดับการปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นธรรมต่อครูและนักเรียนอย่างมีนวัตกรรม 6) พัฒนาความไว้วางใจในภาวะผู้นำให้มั่นคง โดยมีกลยุทธ์รอง 12 กลยุทธ์ และ 46 วิธีดำเนินการ

People learn about the world through popular culture. Popular culture media representations of autism can be found in TV, film, literature, Internet media, advertisements, and more. This study sought to understand how student veterans view their transition to becoming a college student. A small, but increasing, amount of studies have been conducted on this topic. A qualitative approach, specifically a narrative method, was utilized to better understand how student veterans made meaning of the life events they experienced during their transition. Six student veterans in at least their second semester at their current institution were interviewed one-on-one, and their narratives are included here. The purpose of this mixed methods study was to examine the sense of belonging of state college transfer students who enroll at a large research-intensive university through structured and unstructured transfer pathways using the Sense of Belonging Instrument (SBI; Hoffman, Richmond, Morrow, & Solomon, 2002). The SBI includes five subscales (Peer Support, Faculty Support, Classroom Comfort, Isolation, and Empathetic Faculty Understanding). To date, no systematic investigation has considered the construct of belonging with this population or transfer pathway. Much of the literature regarding Black students at predominantly White institutions (PWI) focuses on these students' academic difficulty, while there is far less attention paid to the performance of higher achieving Black students (Fries-Britt, 1998; Fries-Britt & Griffin, 2007). This revision required compensation for teachers to be based on job performance and job accomplishments. (March 2017) The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) is a modified reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.
