The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on changes in tourist perceptions and travel behaviour when visiting Jammu and Kashmir during the unlocked phase of Covid-19. This study is intended to be nice. This pilot study included 208 travellers who were chosen on a non-probabilistic basis. A Chi-square test of goodness of fit, as well as content analysis, were performed on the collected data. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the tourism industry, resulting in consequences such as travel fear and a decline in travel and tourism. Recognizing the needs of study in pandemic travel, this study explored individuals’ pandemic travel decision-making mechanism by investigating relationships between pandemic travel fear, coping strategies, resilience against travel fear, and pandemic travel intentions. Further, this study investigated the moderating role of risk tolerance in those relationships. A Conservation Management Plan for the State-owned lands at the Hill of Tara was commissioned by the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht in January 2018. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of tourist push and pull motivation factors on their behavioral intentions. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 405 national and international tourists who came to Muğla in the 2021 summer season. Explanatory factor analysis results determined that the push motivation factors were adventure and knowledge acquisition, relaxation, friendship and escape” pull motivation factors were natural, historical and cultural attractions, events, economic conditions and infrastructure, hygiene and security. Although the researchers extensively investigate white-water rafting as an adventure tourism type, little is known about the influence of participants’ demographic characteristics on the formation of rafting satisfaction. This study examines the influences of gender, marital status, age, and previous experience on overall satisfaction with the rafting experience by using data obtained from 319 German tourists, who participated in white-water rafting on holiday. In this study, it has been aimed to measure the effect of person-organization fit on employees’ intention to leave and to determine the mediating role of employees' corporate prestige perceptions on this effect. In line with this purpose, face-to-face surveys were conducted with the personnel currently working in hotel enterprises to reach the required data firsthand.
