Which Businesses Enroll In Innovation Training? Evidence From A Field Experiment, Pascale Crama, Reddi Kotha, Cintia Kulzer Sacilotto, Vish Krishnan

We report results from a field experiment testing hypotheses that examine what drives firms to seek new learning opportunities. Specifically, we draw on behavioral theory of the firm to predict how prior performance affects the likelihood a firm enrolls in business training. We also evaluate cognitive mechanisms connecting recruitment messaging and CEO growth orientation to firm participation. Our study randomly allocates over 10,000 firms to one of three experimental conditions—prevention, promotion, and neutral messaging—that vary the framing of a recruitment message for an innovation program for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. This research investigates the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, represented by ESG scores, and Probability of Financial Distress Risk (FDR), as proxied by Ohlson O-Score, for firms operating in the Asia-Pacific region from 2010 to 2022. In addition, the aforementioned relationship during economic crisis and the level of market development is also investigated. The findings reveal a negative association between ESG performance and the probability of FDR in which the increase in ESG performance reduces the likelihood of FDR. This research investigates the existence of a lead-lag relationship in information asymmetry between Thailand's futures and spot markets. We use the volatility of order imbalance (VOIB) as an indicator of this asymmetry, concentrating on three investor groups: Foreign Investors (FI), Local Institutions (LS), and Local Investors (LI). The objective of this study is to examine the presence of two puzzles in the stock market which are empirically inconsistent with the fundamental principle of risk and return. Theoretically, the assets with higher risk should compensate higher returns. However, when the credit risk is considered, the previous evidences show that the stocks of firms with high credit rating (low risk) generate higher return than the stocks of firms with low credit rating (high risk). This study investigates the impact of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on corporate financial performance in Japan, with a particular focus on the role of environmental regulations. We hypothesize that while lower GHG emissions generally enhance financial performance, the benefits diminish beyond a certain point. Additionally, we examine how stringent environmental regulations influence this relationship. We use total GHG emissions and total GHG emissions per company’s enterprise value including cash (EVIC) as the proxies. This paper examines how financial liberalization, institutional quality, and mobile banking adoption affect the probability of a banking crisis using a panel of 36 countries over the period 2000 – 2021. Our key inference is that the relationship between financial liberalization and the probability of a banking crisis is depended in institutional quality. In strong institutional quality countries, the impact of financial liberalization on the probability of a banking crisis is a concave curve, increasing the likelihood of a crisis at low to moderate liberalization levels and reducing it at medium to high levels. This paper examines the influence of ESG performance on the cost of debt (CoD) in Asia-Pacific firms from 2010 to 2022. It is among the first to explore how ESG performance scores affect the cost of debt against different economic conditions and market maturity levels.The study finds that companies with higher ESG ratings, particularly environmental and social dimensions, correlate with lower borrowing costs. Governance scores also matter, but they don't seem to influence borrowing costs as much. This study investigates the influence of market return dispersion on the profitability of momentum investment strategies within the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Employing an analytical approach, the research identifies a significant and persistent pattern of return dispersion in the Thai stock market. This pattern is characterized by a strong positive correlation between the dispersion of returns in a given period and the subsequent period, as confirmed by a significant autoregressive coefficient and the Dickey-Fuller test. This experimental research examines the effect of management’s perspective on auditors’ judgment when they review management discussion and analysis (MD&A). This study predicts that prompting management’s perspective would benefit auditors by enabling them to more accurately review MD&A whether or not the MD&A is materially misstated. Contrary to our expectations, prompting auditors with a management’s perspective will backfire. The results find that auditors prompted by management's perspective are significantly more likely to accept MD&A that has an abnormally positive tone. In other words, auditors are less likely to ask management to alter MD&A that has such abnormally positive language. Management’s …

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแบบจำลองที่เหมาะสมและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่ออัตราผลตอบแทนของสกุลเงินดิจิทัล และนำมาพยากรณ์อัตราผลตอบแทนของสกุลเงินดิจิทัลที่ทำการศึกษา 10 สกุล ได้แก่ Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance coin, Ripple, Carano, Dogecoin, Tron, Litecoin, Monero และ Bitcoin cash และศึกษาปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน Dollar to Yen, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน Dollar to Euro, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน Dollar to Pound Sterling, S&P500, Nasdaq100, Down Jones Index, Nikkei 225 Index, ราคาทองคำ, ราคาน้ำมันดิบ, ดัชนีดอลลาร์และอัตราผลตอบแทนพันธบัตรรัฐบาลสหรัฐอายุ 10 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2561 ถึง วันที่ 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2566 รวมระยะเวลา 2,007 วัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบจำลองที่เหมาะสมกับ Bitcoin นั่นคือ ARMAX(1,0) – GARCH(1,1) เมื่อตัวแปรภายนอกคือ ค่าผลต่างของอัตราผลตอบแทนของ Nasdaq กับ ดัชนีดอลลาร์ แต่สำหรับสกุลเงินดิจิทัลอื่น ๆ ที่เหลือ ได้แก่ Ethereum, Binance coin, Ripple, Carano, Dogecoin, Tron, Litecoin, Monero และ Bitcoin cash พบว่า ตัวแปรภายนอกที่เหมาะสมที่สุดคือ อัตราผลตอบแทนของ Bitcoin ซึ่งจะได้แบบจำลองดังนี้ ARMAX(2,2) – GARCH(1,1), ARMAX(2,3) – GARCH(1,1), ARMAX(2,3) …

ปัจจุบันการลงทุนในตลาดสกุลเงินดิจิทัลได้รับความสนใจจากนักลงทุนจำนวนมากเนื่องจากเป็นสินทรัพย์ที่สามารถให้ผลตอบแทนสูง ในทางกลับกันสามารถทำให้เกิดความสูญเสียสูงเช่นกัน การลงทุนในตลาดสกุลเงินดิจิทัลจึงต้องอาศัยเครื่องมีวิเคราะห์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการลงทุน การเรียนรู้ของเครื่องเป็นหนึ่งในเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ที่ช่วยให้นักลงทุนตัดสินใจได้ดีขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาทำนายสัญญาณการซื้อขายสกุลเงินดิจิทัลโดยเปรียบเทียบวิธีการใช้ตัวแบบป่าสุ่ม ตัวแบบการถดถอยโลจิสติก และตัวแบบการเรียนรู้แบบกลุ่มด้วยเทคนิค Stacking และการวิเคราะห์ทางเทคนิคจาก 50 ตัวบ่งชี้ทางเทคนิค สำหรับสกุลเงินดิจิทัลที่มีเงื่อนไขมูลค่าตามราคาตลาดสูงสุด 20 อันดับแรกข้อมูลความถี่ 1 วัน และ 1 สัปดาห์ ซึ่งจากการศึกษาพบว่าตัวแบบป่าสุ่มให้ค่าความถูกต้องระหว่าง 0.4423-0.7115 ตัวแบบการถดถอยโลจิสติกให้ค่าความถูกต้องระหว่าง 0.4615-0.6346 และตัวแบบการเรียนรู้แบบกลุ่มด้วยเทคนิค Stacking ให้ค่าความถูกต้องระหว่าง 0.4423-0.6538 โดยภาพรวมตัวแบบการถดถอยโลจิสติกเหมาะสมสำหรับสกุลเงินดิจิทัลส่วนใหญ่ อีกทั้งการสร้างตัวแบบด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบกลุ่มด้วยเทคนิค Stacking สามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการทำนายของตัวแบบ นอกจากนี้ข้อมูลความถี่ 1 สัปดาห์ให้ผลลัพธ์ดีกว่าข้อมูลความถี่ 1 วัน

การศึกษาและค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการศึกษาการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของแผนกขนส่งสินค้าขาออก ของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา AAA ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทตัวแทนนำเข้า และส่งออกสินค้า (Freight Fward Company) หนึ่งในกิจกรรมสำคัญ การบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายลงระบบให้ทันเวลา เนื่องจาก การรับรู้รายได้ รายจ่ายและกำไรให้เร็วที่สุดนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่ทุกองค์กรต้องการ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาหาสาเหตุที่ทำให้กระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทกรณีศึกษามีปัญหา ตลอดจนนำแนวคิด ทฤษฏี และเครื่องมือ ไม่ว่าเป็นแนวคิดลีน 5M+Q+S PDCA และ 5WHY เข้ามาช่วยในการดำเนินหาทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่บริษัทกรณีศึกษากำลังเผชิญ ตลอดจนการประชุมหารือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อหาแนวทางการทำงานใหม่ เพื่อให้ทุกคนทราบถึงปัญหาที่แท้จริง และช่วยกันหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการแก้ไขปัญหาซึ่งหลังจากปรับปรุงกระบวนการนั้น พบว่าคะแนน KPI เฉลี่ยในการบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายทันเวลาของพนักงานนั้นเพิ่มขึ้น และพนักงานได้ใช้เครื่องมือที่ทางองค์กรได้พัฒนาไว้อย่างมีประโยชน์ โดยมีคะแนน KPI เฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 67.67 เป็นร้อยละ 86.70

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางด้านประชากรศาสตร์และปัจจัยพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการขนส่งของลูกค้าที่ทำการไปรษณีย์บางคล้า จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา และบริษัทขนส่งเอกชน โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 413 ราย ทำการสร้างเส้นทาง Path Diagram พร้อมทั้งการวิเคราะห์วิธีสมการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression)เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ Significant ≤.05 ในความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยในแต่ละตัวของตัวแปรอิสระสู่ตัวแปรส่งผ่านที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการขนส่งพัสดุไปรษณีย์ไทยและบริษัทขนส่งเอกชนซึ่งเป็นตัวแปรตามคำนวณหาค่าน้ำหนักอิทธิพลของตัวแปรที่ Significant ≤.05 เพื่อทราบว่าลูกค้ากลุ่มใดเลือกใช้ขนส่งไปรษณีย์ไทย พบว่า1.Gender เพศหญิงผ่านปัจจัยการตอบสนองต่อลูกค้า (Responsiveness),ระยะทางจากบ้าน-ที่ทำการขนส่งพัสดุ(Distance) เพศชายให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องราคา(Price) 2.Age กลุ่มลูกค้าอายุมาก 3.กลุ่มผู้มีรายได้น้อย ไปรษณีย์ไทยควรทำการโปรโมทเพศหญิงแต่ละรายที่แตกต่างกันเกิดการดึงดูดสนใจมาใช้บริการการส่งสินค้าที่ถูกต้องสภาพไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย มีการบริการที่หลากหลาย ความต้องการใช้บริการไปรษณีย์ไทยใกล้บ้าน ผู้ลูกค้าอายุมากต้องการคุณภาพในเรื่องราคาที่เหมาะสมกับการบริการ สถานที่ตั้งใกล้บ้าน กลุ่มผู้ที่มีรายได้น้อยให้ความสำคัญเรื่องที่ตั้งมีความสะดวกง่ายต่อการเดินไปไปรษณีย์ไทย มีบริการผ่านแอพพลิเคชัน/เว็บไซต์ เวลาทำการเปิด-ปิดที่เหมาะสม

การวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมไส้ในถุงทวารเทียม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการใช้งานรวมถึงการกำจัดถุงทวารเทียม ที่สามารถกำจัดได้ง่าย โดยไม่ทำลายสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยใช้เกณ์การทดสอบตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมถุงเก็บสิ่งขับถ่ายโดยเปิดแผลทางหน้าท้องไอเอสโอ 8670 ผลการสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 366 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ป่วยทวารเทียมแบบเจาะจง พบว่า ผู้ป่วยทวารเทียมต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีราคาถูก ใช้งานง่าย ทำความสะอาดง่าย ย่อยสลายได้ ไม่รั่วซึม และทำการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ประกอบด้วย 1) ขั้นตอนการออกแบบ 2) ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และ 3) ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยได้พัฒนานวัตกรรมไส้ในถุงทวารเทียม ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์เสริมสามารถใช้งานร่วมกับถุงทวารเทียมแบบสองชิ้น โดยสามารถเปลี่ยนถุงไส้ในใหม่ได้อย่างง่ายและเมื่อทิ้งลงในชักโครกสามารถย่อสลายได้ตามธรรมชาติ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการทดลองคุณสมบัติการย่อยสลายโดยใช้สารจำลองที่มีค่า pH 4, 5, 6, 7 และ 8 และมีการจำลองสภาพบ่อปฏิกูล โดยถุงฟิล์มคอลลาเจนที่ทำการทดลองเริ่มมีการรั่วซึมในวันที่ 6 เป็นต้นไป และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงธุรกิจพบว่า ใช้เงินลงทุน 4.93 ล้านบาท ผลกำไรปีแรก 2 ล้านบาท และใช้เวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 2 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิของโครงการ (NPV) 6.48 ล้านบาท และมีผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนโครงการ (IRR) อยู่ที่ 45.48% ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรม พบว่าการแข่งขันอยู่ในระดับต่ำ มีโอกาสในการทำกำไรได้สูง การคุกคามจากผู้ค้ารายใหม่อยู่ในระดับต่ำเนื่องจากเป็นสินค้านวัตกรรมใหม่ หากจะเข้ามาในตลาดได้จำเป็นต้องมีนวัตกรรมที่แตกต่างและมีการใช้งานที่ดีกว่า การคุกคามจากสินค้าทดแทนของนวัตกรรมไส้ในทวารเทียมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ อำนาจการต่อรองจากผู้ขาย และอำนาจการต่อรองของลูกค้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงต่ำ และศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรม โดยใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ด้านทัศนคติของผู้ใช้งานต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ด้านคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ และด้านการรับรู้คุณค่า ผลการประเมินพบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีความพึงพอใจและยอมรับนวัตกรรมไส้ในทวารเทียมในระดับมากที่สุด โดย มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวกต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.33 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .68 ผลิตภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมไส้ใน ทวารเทียมเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีสำหรับผู้ป่วย ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.67 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .59 แนวโน้มความ ต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ในอนาคต ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.47 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .78 ความสะดวกในการใช้งาน การทำความสะอาด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.64 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .59 …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลกระทบโรคระบาดโควิด-19 ต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธศาสนา : กรณีศึกษา วัดพระศรีรัตนมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดพิษณุโลก และ 2) จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธศาสนา: กรณีศึกษา วัดพระศรีรัตนมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ภายใต้วิถีปกติใหม่ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ พระภิกษุ ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าภายในวัด นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย และเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 15 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาใช้วิธีการแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลกระทบโรคระบาดโควิด-19 ต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธศาสนา พบว่า 1) ผลกระทบด้านเศรษฐกิจ วัดมีรายได้ลดลง 2) ผลกระทบด้านสังคม นักท่องเที่ยวมีความวิตกกังวลและเครียดสะสมกลายเป็นปัญหาทางสุขภาพจิต และ 3) ผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม หน้าวิหารมีควันธูปลดลง และบริเวณโดยรอบมีความสะอาดมากขึ้น ดังนั้น จึงนำสู่การจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธศาสนาภายใต้วิถีปกติใหม่ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ควรนำแอพพลิเคชั่นผ่านระบบการทำบุญแบบออนไลน์มาช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก และประหยัดเวลาในการร่วมบริจาคเงินแก่นักท่องเที่ยว เพื่อลดการแพร่เชื้อโรคโควิด-19 2) ด้านสังคม ควรมีการเผยแพร่กิจกรรมทางศาสนาผ่านทางเว็บไซต์และสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อนำหลักธรรมไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และ 3) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ควรจัดที่นั่งโดยเว้นระยะห่าง กำหนดจำนวนคนและเวลาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ ศึกษาการปรับตัวและการต่อรองของชุมชนชาติพันธุ์ต่อนโยบายการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติโดยรัฐ กรณีศึกษา คือ ชุมชนกะเหรี่ยงโปว์บ้านกลาง อำเภอแม่เมาะ และชุมชนปกาเกอะญอ - อาข่าบ้านแม่ฮ่าง อำเภองาว จังหวัดลำปาง ผู้วิจัยสัมภาษณ์ชาวบ้านในชุมชนบ้านกลาง อำเภอแม่เมาะ จำนวน 20 คน และชาวบ้านชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่าง อำเภองาว จำนวน 20 คน อีกทั้งผู้แทนหน่วยงานและผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับชุมชนบ้านกลาง อำเภอแม่เมาะ และชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างอำเภองาว จังหวัดลำปาง ที่มีความเห็นต่อการปรับตัวและการต่อรองของชุมชนบ้านกลาง และชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างจำนวน 7 คน รวมจำนวนผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ทั้งหมด 47 คน จากงานศึกษา พบว่า นโยบายการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติของรัฐ เช่น นโยบายทวงคืนผืนป่า การจัดการที่ดินทำกินตามนโยบายรัฐบาล (คทช.) เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ชุมชนบ้านกลางและชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างได้รับผลกระทบ การสูญเสียที่ดินทำกิน การสูญเสียวิถีไร่หมุนเวียนที่มาแต่เดิม และถูกห้ามเก็บของป่า ซึ่งผลกระทบที่ชุมชนได้รับนำมาสู่การปรับตัวและการต่อรอง ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า การปรับตัวของชุมชนบ้านกลางและชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างมีทั้งที่เป็นไปในลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกันและแตกต่างกัน การปรับตัวที่คล้ายคลึงกัน คือ การลดจำนวนปีของไร่หมุนเวียน และการลดพื้นที่แปลง หรือเลิกการทำไร่หมุนเวียน แต่ความแตกต่างคือชุมชนบ้านกลางยังคงยืนหยัดทำไร่หมุนเวียนอยู่แม้จะต้องปรับรูปแบบและรอบเวลา ในขณะที่ชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างหันมาปลูกพืชเกษตรกรรมผสมผสานและนำการท่องเที่ยวมาเป็นแหล่งรายได้เสริม แต่ทั้งสองชุมชนไม่สามารถเข้าไปเก็บของป่าได้ดังเดิม และไม่สามารถดำรงชีวิตแบบเดิมได้อีกแล้วจึงนำมาสู่การต่อรองของชุมชนทั้งสอง ประกอบด้วยการเคลื่อนไหวการชุมนุม การจัดทำข้อมูลชุมชน การจัดการทรัพยากรของชุมชน ซึ่งการต่อรองเหล่านี้เป็นการเรียกร้องสิทธิของชุมชน และแสดงให้เห็นถึงการยืนหยัดต่อสู้ ในการรักษาอัตลักษณ์และวัฒนธรรมของตนเองที่ชุมชนพิสูจน์ได้ว่าคนสามารถอยู่ร่วมกับป่าได้อย่างสมดุล ผลที่เกิดขึ้นของชุมชนหลังจากการปรับตัวและการต่อรองของชุมชน รัฐได้มีการจัดการทรัพยากรผ่านกลไกของกฎหมายหรือนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโดยเพิ่มบทบาทของรัฐในการจัดการทรัพยากรมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้ชุมชนมีบทบาทและอำนาจในการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรธรรมลดลง ทำให้ชุมชนยังไม่มีความมั่นคงในถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยและที่ทำกิน อีกทั้งขาดกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับรัฐจึงเกิดการเรียกร้องให้มีการจัดที่ดินทำกินให้กับชุมชนในรูปแบบโฉนดชุมชน และกระจายอำนาจการจัดการทรัพยากรสู่ชุมชนและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) ส่งผลให้พื้นที่บางส่วนของชุมชนบ้านกลางและชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮ่างได้รับการกันออกจากพื้นที่เตรียมการประกาศอุทยานแห่งชาติถ้ำผาไท แต่ยังมีพื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ที่ยังอยู่ในพื้นที่เตรียมการประกาศอุทยานแห่งชาติถ้ำผาไท โดยอยู่ในขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์เป็นลำดับไป

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการในธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้าประเภทเร่งด่วนทางอากาศที่ส่งอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจ และอิทธิพลของความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อความภักดีของลูกค้าในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้าแบบเร่งด่วนทางอากาศ โดยผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อที่จะทำการตั้งสมมติฐานงานวิจัย สร้างกรอบแนวคิดของงานวิจัย จากการศึกษางานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการสร้างแบบสอบถามขึ้นมาตามแนวคิด SERVQUAL และมีการพัฒนาแบบสอบถามให้มีความเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้าประเภทเร่งด่วนทางอากาศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นลูกค้าที่เป็นบุคคลทั่วไปที่เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าผ่านบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าประเภทเร่งด่วนทางอากาศจำนวน 214 คน โดยทำการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ตึกกรมศุลกากร บริเวณเขตปลอดอากรท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิพร้อมกับทำการแจกแบบสอบถามผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีสมการโครงสร้างพบว่าคุณภาพการให้บริการมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความพึงพอใจ และมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความภักดี และสามารถยืนยันได้ว่าความพึงพอใจมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความภักดี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมของการนำเข้าทางอากาศของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ และเพื่อนำระบบการคิดต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรมและเกณฑ์เวลาเข้ามาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการนำเข้าทางอากาศของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาของบริษัทตัวแทนผู้ส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ เป็นการศึกษาโดยแบ่งประเภทลูกค้าตามลักษณะงาน 3 ประเภท คือ 1. ลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการขนส่งเพียงอย่างเดียว (Freight Only) 2. ลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าและเดินพิธีการเคลียร์สินค้า (Freight and Customs Clearance) และ 3. ลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการเดินพิธีการเคลียร์สินค้าเท่านั้น (Customs Clearance Only) มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้ข้อมูลจำนวนชุดงานทั้งหมด 3,835 ชุดงาน เก็บข้อมูลด้านต้นทุนเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปีและการเก็บข้อมูลด้านระยะเวลาจากการจับเวลาจริงจากการทำงานและนำมาหาค่าเฉลี่ย จากการศึกษาพบว่าหลังจากนำต้นทุนเข้าสู่ระบบการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรมด้วยเกณฑ์เวลาแล้ว อัตราการที่ไม่ได้นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในต้นทุนบุคลากรมากถึง 48.31% และลักษณะงานที่มีต้นทุนต่อชุดงานมากที่สุดคือ ประเภทลูกค้าใช้บริการขนส่งและเดินพิธีการเคลียร์สินค้า โดยเป็นลักษณะลูกค้าที่ใช้สิทธิเศษสำหรับการนำเข้า เช่น ใบอนุญาต อย., ใช้ FORM, ใบอนุญาตส่งเสริมการลงทุน ฯลฯ และไฟล์ทบินไม่มาตามกำหนดการ จากผลการวิเคราะห์นั้นจะสามารถเสนอแนะแนวทางให้มีการใช้ประโยชน์จากจากบุคลากร โดยการจัดสรรทรัพยากรบุคคลให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน และสามารถนำข้อมูลไปปรับใช้ในการสร้างกลยุทธ์ในการกำหนดราคาให้สอดคล้องกับความซับซ้อนของลักษณะงานที่เกิดขึ้น

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์ในการศึกษา คือ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการขยะชุมชนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการขยะชุมชนเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดขยะทะเลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยเป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคนสำคัญ (Key informants) บุคลากรระดับนโยบายและระดับปฏิบัติงานในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 4 ท่าน ประชาชนในชุมชน จำนวน 9 ท่าน และสนทนากลุ่มโดยตัวแทนชุมชน แกนนำชุมชนเกี่ยวกับโครงการขยะร่วมกับนักวิชาการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 12 ท่าน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์เชิงบริบทของเนื้อหา ปัญหาขยะทะเลมีแหล่งกำเนิดสำคัญมาจากขยะในแม่น้ำ จากการศึกษาพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นควรมีการดำเนินงาน ดังนี้ 1) องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และควรมีองค์กรภายนอกเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการอุดหนุนกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนได้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมได้อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อลดปัญหาขยะพลาสติกไม่ให้รั่วไหลออกสู่ทะเลได้อย่างยั่งยืน 2) ควรมีการผลักดันให้มีการสนับสนุนความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อลดการใช้ขยะพลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียว 3) รัฐบาลควรมีการผลักดันให้มีการออกกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลดขยะพลาสติกในทะเลอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
