During August–September 2022, trial trenches were opened, followed by a trial excavation in three quarries at el-‘Isawiya neighborhood in Jerusalem (Permit No. A-9405/2022; Map ref. 223976-4041/634281-376), prior to the construction of a ring road. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by Moria - Jerusalem Development Company Ltd. was directed by M. Hussein, with the assistance of B. Touri and Y. Zelinger (scientific consultation) and S. Halevi (photography and photogrammetry).

In December 2022, a salvage excavation was conducted in Yotvata (Permit No. A-9447/2022; Map ref. 205165-6210/423650-935) prior to laying a water pipeline. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Mekorot Water Company, was directed by T. Sapir (field photography), with the assistance of Y. Alamor (administration), E. Aladjem (surveying and field photography), I. Azulay (maps and plans), N. Lect Ben Ami (area supervision and field photography), G. Seriy and Y. In July 2022, a trial excavation was conducted on the declared antiquities site of Wadi Abu Shulula (Permit No. A-9310/2022; Map ref. 279492-782/755258-5258), following damage caused to the site. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Ministry of Defense, was directed by A. Kleiner (photography and photogrammetric documentation), with the assistance of Y. Yaakobi (administration) and workers from the town of Kabul.

The speed at which these developments are produced equates to the carelessness that goes into their planning. One of the most common inquiries received by Filson Historical Society librarians concerns the myth of Prince Madoc and the Welsh Indians. Of the myth’s many versions, the one most familiar to Ohio Valley History readers goes like this: Madoc, a Welsh prince escaping an internecine conflict over political rule at home, supposedly sailed to North America in the twelfth century. His force either landed at the Falls of the Ohio or made it there after landing further south and being driven north by hostile locals, possibly Cherokee people. The present study aims at exploring the prevalence of type D personality (distressed personality) and the levels of anxiety (trait) and depression in a sample of cardiac patients in comparison to their non-patient counterparts in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, an adapted form of type D personality scale-DS14, Trait Anxiety Scale and Beck Inventory were utilized.
