This research explores the use of computer-aided technology and robotics in the creation of digital art and crafts, while also considering the cultural history of digital design. It begins with an examination of the most recognizable styles of Persian ewers made between the years 1,000 and 1,400 AD in the Islamic era. After analyzing a hundred ewers from this period, I classified them based on distinctive features such as openings, necks, bodies, spouts, handles, and bases. This thesis examines the effects of these influences on 27 examples of the artwork through five of the many tales. Important historical sites typically get entered into the Virginia Historic Registry, and currently, there are over 3,100 locally and/or federally registered places. 58 sites have been delisted - this project attempts to answer questions regarding why they were removed as they spatially relate to one another and the state regions they lie in. This will identify common problems to historic sites, thus guiding solutions for future preservation.

Frosty Morn, a former meat packing facility in Clarksville, TN, is now abandoned, dilapidated, and partially demolished. The site sits within the Red River District neighborhood, which consists of a diverse community of artists. The Red River District has been identified by the Clarksville Mayor’s Office as an area with potential for growth, catalyzed by repurposing the Frosty Morn building as an icon and beacon of the community. This dissertation presents information about ancient Maya trade, stone tool use, tool technology, and the every-day activities at the Paynes Creek Salt Works in southern Belize. Research on chert stone tools follows traditional analysis methods with emphasis on material composition. The feasibility of stone tool analysis conducted using 3D technology is also explored, emphasizing the limitations and benefits of these methods. While chert stone tools and stone resource allocation are predominantly the foci of this work, excavations at submerged ancient salt making sites present additional artifacts, including wood and pottery, that also characterize the daily activities of people living and …

This is a semi-experimental study that aims at measuring the impact of CANVA on the learning of ninth graders in a Jordanian school of HTML. 50 female ninth graders were randomly selected from 72 students in Aisha Bint Abi Baker school, and were distributed to two groups; control, which was taught traditionally, and experimental, which was taught with CANVA to learn HTML as a part of their computer curriculum. The catalogue for the exhibition "The Light of the Revival: Stained-Glass Designs for Restituted Synagogues in Ukraine by Eugeny Kotlyar" held at Fordham University from September 10-December 10, 2023 offers a broad perspective on the revival of Ukrainian synagogues after Ukraine’s independence. It showcases three sets of stained-glass windows, which were designed by Eugeny Kotlyar and partially implemented in Ukrainian synagogues in the period from 1995 to 2005. Two early works shown here were the first samples of stained-glass designs for modern Ukrainian synagogues, which set a new trend. In March 2023, a trial excavation was conducted in the southern margins of the Netiv Hagdud settlement (Permit No. 16-03-2023; map ref. 242546-914/654183-876). The excavation was carried out following plowing of the land prior to planting. The excavation, on behalf of the Archaeological Staff Officer of Judea and Samaria and funded by the Israeli Civil Administration, was directed by O. Varoner with the assistance of A. Miller (administration), T. Orenstein (photography) and O. Bejarano (preparation of illustrations). No finds were discovered that could be linked to one of the nearby prehistoric sites.
