งานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์เล่มมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาแนวทางและรูปแบบของ การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากความดั้งเดิมของโนรา ซึ่งเป็นศิลปะการแสดงพื้นบ้านของภาคใต้ที่กำลังเสื่อมคลายลงตามบริบทของยุคสมัย งานวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการในลักษณะของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโนรา การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การสังเกตการณ์ภาคสนาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทางศิลปิน ตลอดจนประสบการณ์ตรงของผู้วิจัย เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ผ่านองค์ประกอบทางนาฏยศิลป์ทั้ง 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การออกแบบบทการแสดง การคัดเลือกนักแสดง การออกแบบลีลานาฏยศิลป์ การออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกาย การออกแบบดนตรีและเสียงประกอบ การออกแบบอุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง การออกแบบพื้นที่การแสดงและการออกแบบแสง ผลจากการสร้างสรรค์ดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยได้สังเคราะห์แนวคิดหลังการสร้างสรรค์ออกเป็นประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การคำนึงถึงประเด็นความดั้งเดิมของโนรา การคำนึงถึงประเด็นทฤษฎี ทางศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ การคำนึงถึงประเด็นการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในงานนาฏยศิลป์ การคำนึงถึงประเด็นหลักพื้นฐานของการสร้างงานนาฏยศิลป์ไทยแบบอนุรักษ์และการคำนึงถึงประเด็นความคิดสร้างสรรค์ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้ ได้กลายเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการดำเนินงานสร้างสรรค์ผลงานชุดนี้ ทั้งนี้เพื่อตอกย้ำและธำรงไว้ซึ่งรูปแบบอันดั้งเดิมของโนราและยังเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่สามารถต่อยอดการประยุกต์ใช้ความเป็นโนราในบริบทของนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัย โดยไม่ละเลยรากเหง้าทางวัฒนธรรมของสายตระกูลโนราในแต่ละภูมิภาค อันจะเป็นคุณูปการ ต่อการสืบสานและพัฒนาศิลปะการแสดงของไทยในระยะยาว

“วินด์ วินด์”: ชุดสิ่งประดิษฐ์แห่งการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการเล่นเครื่องลมทองเหลือง, ชนากร แป้นเหมือน

เครื่องลมทองเหลืองเป็นเครื่องดนตรีที่มีเสียงทรงพลังแต่มีข้อจำกัดในระหว่างการฝึกซ้อม เนื่องจากเสียงที่ดังอาจรบกวนผู้อื่นได้ เสียงของเครื่องลมทองเหลืองเกิดจากการ "บัซซิ่ง (Buzzing)" ซึ่งเป็นการสั่นของริมฝีปาก การซ้อมด้วยปากเป่า (Mouthpiece) เพียงอย่างเดียวจะทำให้การบัซซิ่งไม่เกิดแรงต้านและควบคุมเสียงได้ยาก เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยได้คิดสิ่งประดิษฐ์ "วินด์ วินด์" และบทฝึกที่มีดนตรีประกอบ (Accompaniment) เป็นนวัตกรรมสำหรับช่วยในการฝึกซ้อมสำหรับนักเล่นเครื่องลมทองเหลือง อุปกรณ์นี้มีขนาดเล็กพกพาสะดวกมีเสียงที่เบาในการซ้อม ใช้ต่อกับปากเป่าของเครื่องลมทองเหลือง 5 เครื่องคือ ทรัมเป็ต ฮอร์น ทรอมโบน ยูโฟเนียม และทูบา "วินด์ วินด์" ออกแบบให้มีนิ้วจำลองสำหรับเครื่องที่เป็นระบบนิ้วกดและสไลด์จำลองสำหรับทรอมโบน เพื่อให้มีความรู้สึกใกล้เคียงกับการเล่นเครื่องดนตรีจริง อุปกรณ์นี้ช่วยให้ผู้เล่นสามารถฝึกซ้อมได้เป็นประจำ โดยให้ความรู้สึกแรงต้านใกล้เคียงกับเครื่องลมทองเหลืองจริง อุปกรณ์นี้ช่วยให้ผู้เล่นได้ฝึกซ้อมประจำวัน การฝึกลม การตัดลิ้น บันไดเสียง สะดวกในการฝึกซ้อมทุกที่ทุกเวลา ช่วยสร้างกล้ามเนื้อปากให้แข็งแรง เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการฝึกซ้อมและพัฒนาทักษะของผู้เล่น วัสดุที่นำมาใช้ทำ “วินด์ วินด์” ทำมาจากพลาสติกประเภท HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) ที่หาได้ทั่วไป นำมารีไซเคิล ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทดลองหลอมและทำแม่พิมพ์ด้วยตัวเอง ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการจดบันทึกวิธีการทำเพื่อเผยแพร่ให้คณาอาจารย์ นักเรียนและบุคคลทั่วไปได้ทดลองใช้ นอกจากการคิดค้นอุปกรณ์ “วินด์ วินด์” แล้ว ผู้วิจัยยังได้คิด “บทฝึกที่มีดนตรีประกอบ” ใช้กับอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวซึ่งสามารถดาวน์โหลดโน้ตและดนตรีประกอบได้ในยูทูป เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการฝึกซ้อม

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ที่เกี่ยวกับการหลงลืมตัวตนของคนในสังคมเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบ แนวคิด และกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ที่สะท้อนภาวะการหลงลืมตัวตนของมนุษย์ในบริบทของสังคมร่วมสมัย โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากบทละครเรื่อง ด็อกเตอร์ ฟาวสตัส (Doctor Faustus) ของคริสโตเฟอร์ มาร์โลว์ (Christopher Marlowe) ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการที่มีการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ เอกสาร ตำรา หนังสือ บทละคร การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ สื่อสารสนเทศ ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้วิจัย และเกณฑ์การสร้างมาตรฐานการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ มาเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์ เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าได้ทั้งรูปแบบ และแนวคิดดังนี้ (1) รูปแบบการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ ผู้วิจัยสามารถจำแนกตามองค์ประกอบในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ทั้ง 8 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การออกบทการแสดง สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นจากกปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการหลงลืมตัวตันทั้ง 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การขาดการสนับสนุนวัยเด็ก (Lack of Childhood Support) 2) ความกดดันจากสังคมและวัฒนธรรม (Social and Cultural Pressure) 3) การไม่สามารถธำรงภาพลักษณ์ในสังคม (Inability to Maintain Social Image) 4) การขาดความมั่นคงในตัวตน (Lack of Identity Stability) 5) การสูญเสียบทบาท หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิต (Loss of Role / Life Transition) 6) การเปรียบเทียบตนเองผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Media Comparison) และบทละครทั้ง 6 เรื่อง ได้แก่ ได้แก่ บทละครเรื่อง บ้านตุ๊กตา (A Doll's House) โดย เฮนริก อิบเซน (Henrik Ibsen) บทละครเรื่อง เดอะ พิลโล แมน (The …

งานวิจัยทางดนตรีนี้มีจุดประสงค์ที่จะเน้นย้ำและถ่ายทอดบทบาททางเปียโนร่วมสมัยในรูปแบบขององค์ประกอบทั้งสามได้แก่ ผู้ตีความ ผู้บรรยายเรื่องราว และผู้สร้างสรรค์ข้ามวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเสนอกรอบแนวคิดใหม่ สำหรับการแสดงดนตรีที่บูรณาการระหว่างขนบดนตรีคลาสสิกตะวันตกกับสุนทรียศาสตร์ทางวัฒนธรรมของไทย โดยมีฐานคิดมาจากเอกสารวิชาการ และพัฒนาแนวทางผ่านการแสดงดนตรีสามคอนเสิร์ต การแสดงแรก จะแสดงถึงบทบาทของผู้ตีความวรรณกรรม ผ่านการเปรียบเทียบโพลีโฟนีในดนตรียุคบาโรกกับแนวคิดการแปรทำนองแบบคู่ขนานในดนตรีไทย การแสดงที่สองเน้นลักษณะของผู้บรรยาย เพื่อถ่ายทอดสัญลักษณ์ของการพรรณนาบรรยากาศและเรื่องราวผ่านวรรณกรรมบทเพลงเปียโน ที่ผสมผสานโครงสร้างแบบตะวันตกเข้ากับความละเมียดละไมแบบไทย และการแสดงสุดท้ายเน้นบทบาทของผู้สร้างสรรค์ข้ามวัฒนธรรม โดยการนำ คาเดนซาที่ใช้การด้นสดขึ้นใหม่ออกแสดงผ่านคอนแชร์โตคลาสสิก ด้วยการแทรกองค์ประกอบลีลาเสียงประสานของไทย งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอขึ้นเพื่อเป็นต้นแบบที่บุกเบิกแนวคิดใหม่ ที่สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ได้กับนักแสดงดนตรี ที่ประสงค์จะสานต่อมรดกวัฒนธรรมของตน พร้อมชี้ให้เห็นว่าการผสมผสานทางศิลปะอย่างสร้างสรรค์สามารถขยายขอบเขตทางสุนทรียศาสตร์ และเสริมสร้างความร่วมสมัยให้กับสุนทรียะของบทวรรณกรรมเปียโน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

Adolescents often experience emotional challenges that can manifest as psychosomatic symptoms, a condition linked to emotional suppression and alexithymia. While evidence supports the use of art therapy, the specific application of expressive arts therapy (EAT) for psychosomatic symptoms in this population remains under-researched, particularly in Eastern cultural contexts. This scoping review was conducted to explore the efficacy of EAT in promoting emotional expression in adolescents with psychosomatic symptoms. A systematic search of four databases, guided by PRISMA guidelines, identified 15 studies for synthesis, including five Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs). This written document is the accompanying thesis for my Master of Fine Arts Exhibition, “WHERE DID YOUR CHRIST COME FROM?”, shown at Gallery 937 in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (displayed April 5th-June 9th, 2024). Through painting, sculpture, and installation, I rely on an intuitive artmaking practice to create work that makes commentary on race, gender and identity. This thesis documents my research on contemporary influences, experimentation with materials and my point of view in conversation with intersectional feminism while navigating institutional racism.

The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive background on the creation and evolution of the saxophone, as well as to examine the acoustic factors that contribute to its function. Beyond that, the project will assess differences within the saxophone family (including soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones) and between major brands (including Selmer, Yamaha, and Yanagisawa). The project will be largely constructed from previous research, in addition to personal experiences. The end result will consist of a written report that individuals-especially future saxophone students-will be able to use to expand their knowledge and understanding of the saxophone.
