A Case Study: Clery Act Policy And Implementation Strategies, Sara Beverage 2019 Concordia University - Portland

A Case Study: Clery Act Policy And Implementation Strategies, Sara Beverage

CUP Ed.D. Dissertations

The Clery Act was created as a consumer protection law to inform prospective students and their families about the safety of the campuses they consider. The law requires that post–secondary institutions participating in Title IV federal financial assistance programs remain compliant with Clery Act regulations to maintain the ability to offer financial aid funds to students. Noncompliance with the Clery Act can result in disqualification from Title IV programming and damaging institutional fines. These consequences warrant a deeper examination of the law and ways that Clery Act facilitators effectively implement compliance strategies and affect campus safety. This intrinsic case study …

Justification Of The Kinematic Mode Of Rotation Working Body, M.A Turakulov, A.U Axmedov, V.A Ermatov, Sh.B Xolboeva, K.B Aynakulov 2019 Gulistan State University

Justification Of The Kinematic Mode Of Rotation Working Body, M.A Turakulov, A.U Axmedov, V.A Ermatov, Sh.B Xolboeva, K.B Aynakulov

Bulletin of Gulistan State University

This article provides a flow chart of the rotation of the working body for leveling the surface of cotton irrigation furrows, depending on the kinematic mode of operation (λ) and on the radius of the pinning point. In the process of work, the rotators of the rotary working body describe the trajectory of absolute movement of an elongated cycloid. The magnitude of the kinematic mode λ is limited on the one hand by the design parameters of the working body, namely the radius of the site, the fastening of the picker.

Spreading Of Freshwater Gastropods Mollusks On High-Altitude Belts In The North-West Of The Turkistan Range, A.T Karimkulov, M Burieva 2019 Gulistan State University

Spreading Of Freshwater Gastropods Mollusks On High-Altitude Belts In The North-West Of The Turkistan Range, A.T Karimkulov, M Burieva

Bulletin of Gulistan State University

The information about high-altitude spreading of freshwater gastropods mollusks in the north-west of the Turkistan range is given in this article. The analysis of the obtained information has shown that the most optimal belt for living of freshwater mollusks is hill belt where 13 species from 15 definited live. The belt aylau is the most unfavourable belt for living of gastropods molluscs.

Double Folding Model Analysis Of The Elastic Scattering Data Of 9be + 64zn Reaction, K.I Tursunmaxatov, U.T Davlatov, S.SH Omonlikov, U.M Yalgashev 2019 Gulistan State University

Double Folding Model Analysis Of The Elastic Scattering Data Of 9be + 64zn Reaction, K.I Tursunmaxatov, U.T Davlatov, S.Sh Omonlikov, U.M Yalgashev

Bulletin of Gulistan State University

In this work, the elastic scattering date 9Be+64Zn reaction at 24.5 MeV is investigated. In order to obtain the theoretical results, the double folding model within the framework optical model is used. The results are compared with the related literature as well as the experimental date. The comparision provides information about the similarities and differences of the models used in calculations.
