The study examined information resources and security challenges at Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Four research questions guided the study. A descriptive survey design was used by the researcher. The population of the study comprised 53 library staff, and the purposive sampling techniques were used to determine the sample size which is 30. This study examined at how ICT could improve resource sharing amongst academic libraries in Tanzania. The assessment was conducted in the MUHAS, UDSM, OUT, and TUDARCO libraries—all of which are COTUL members and take part in the system of resource sharing. A quantitative research strategy was used, and questionnaires were used to gather data. SPSS Version 20 was used to analyze the data using descriptive statistics. he purpose of this study was to assess the accessibility of health information among pregnant women in Morogoro Municipality in Tanzania. This study was conducted in four main health stations (hospitals) which were selected purposively. This cross-sectional study involved 80 pregnant women who were randomly selected. Data were obtained by using questionnaires. Results showed that pregnant women in the study area expressed various information needs, categories of most needed health information were: information on miscarriage, information on immunization, and information on breast feeding. Since September of 2019, a task group within the European Open Science Cloud - EOSC Nordic Project, work-package 5 (T5.3.2), has focused its attention on machine-actionable Data Management Plans (maDMPs). A delivery working-paper from the group (Hasan et al. 2021) concluded in summary that extracting useful information from traditional free-text based DMPs is problematic. A literature review explored possible answers for what philosophy could stand as the guiding thought system for the field, including social epistemology, design epistemology, philosophy of information, structuralism and poststructuralism, consciousness, and monism.
