This research work investigates the availability and accessibility of health information by rural women in Elemere communities of moro local government, Kwara state. Questionnaire and interviews are major instruments used for data collection which was done by examining relevant documents to obtain necessary information 10 set of questionnaire were administered to health workers and health information providers in which all the 10 questionnaires were retrieved. Interviews were conducted on forty (40) rural women. the study selects reconnaissance survey for its design. The Library Committee is a requirement of the RGH Medical/Dental Staff and is facilitated by Dr. Scott Schabel. After RGH and Unity merged, the Libraries formed one department and expanded access and services to all RRH sites. The Library committee, composed of staff from across the health system, provide feedback and share library news with their teams. The committee meets 2x/year via Zoom.

Scope and Content: The materials in this collection comprise the document portion of the UMMC archival collection, and were gathered by Jean Hume (retired UMMC historian) and Colleen Flynn (formerly of UMMC’s marketing Department). The documents include departmental records and minutes, Board of Directors minutes, news clippings and other publicity material, annual reports, physician information, volunteer and auxiliary activities, etc., covering a timeframe of c. 1900 – c. 2010. The materials illustrate the development of St. Jerome Hospital and Genesee Memorial Hospital, and the process by which they merged to form UMMC in 2000.

If you have been visited the library lately, you will notice there is a new exhibit on the first floor.
This exhibit highlights the extensive Texas State Board of Medical Examiners records (IC 058) of two physicians whose stories stood out. Hesiquio Rodriguez and Moore Yen. Though they were applying to the Texas State Board back in the 1950s and 1960s, Heisiquio Rodriguez’ and Moore Yen’s stories highlight themes that continue to resonate today.

Abstract
Purpose – The goal of this research aims to explain how a university library handled the epidemic -19 that began in March 2020. This research examines the library's state throughout the dilemma and shows how the epidemic has posed unexpected hurdles to digital services. It also clarifies why the beginning of 23 March 2020, the library has converted some existing services to an electronic format and investigates various programmes and practices to assist with all aspects of the university's online learning and teaching.
