Law schools throughout the United States are considering strategies to embed the concepts of antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion into legal education. How does the work of their law libraries intersect with this effort? One potential point of intersection is through law library collection develpment. This study determined relationship between students’ computer hardware skills in the use of electronic information resources in University libraries in South-West, Nigeria. This study adopted correlation research design involving simple and multiple linear methods. The population of this study is 85,526. The sample for the study was 398. Proportionate sampling techniques were used to draw the sample. The findings revealed that there is a moderate positive and significant relationship between the students’ computer hardware skills and their use of EIR in university libraries. This paper examined the level of leadership and job performance of library personnel in University of Abuja, Nigeria. Survey research methodology was used with a total sample size of 202 library personnel in University of Abuja library using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected mainly through questionnaire and analyzed using frequency distribution and descriptive statistics. The result revealed that the leadership of the University of Abuja library consulted his staff in taking decision at the same time a team player, friendly and provided mentorship to his subordinate.
