The ability of librarians who have developed during the pandemic and continue to be utilized in the post-pandemic period that adapts to circumstances is urgently needed. Librarians must strive to improve their capabilities with innovation in various services. This study aims to identify how to increase the ability of UI Librarians during a pandemic. The research approach in this study was qualitative with data collection methods namely interviews, observation, and document analysis. Law schools throughout the United States are considering strategies to embed the concepts of antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion into legal education. How does the work of their law libraries intersect with this effort? One potential point of intersection is through law library collection develpment. This study determined relationship between students’ computer hardware skills in the use of electronic information resources in University libraries in South-West, Nigeria. This study adopted correlation research design involving simple and multiple linear methods. The population of this study is 85,526. The sample for the study was 398. Proportionate sampling techniques were used to draw the sample. The findings revealed that there is a moderate positive and significant relationship between the students’ computer hardware skills and their use of EIR in university libraries.
