Direct in vivo measurements of spinal stability are not possible, leaving computational estimations (such as dynamic time series and structural analyses) as the feasible option. However, differences between different stability assessment approaches and metrics remain unclear. To explore this, we asked 32 participants to perform 35 cycles of repetitive lifts with and without load (4/2.6 kg for males/females). EMG signals and 3D kinematics were collected via 12 surface electrodes and 17 inertial sensors, and three dynamical stability measures were computed: short and long temporal and conventional maximum Lyapunov exponents (LyE) and maximum Floquet multipliers (FM). Préalablement, vingt composés organiques volatils microbiens (COVM), avec un potentiel d’être utilisés comme biomarqueurs de contamination et d’exposition aux moisissures en milieu de travail, avaient été identifiés, en considérant plusieurs paramètres, comprenant l’intérêt pour la santé des espèces de moisissures, l’occurrence d’émission ainsi que les paramètres physicochimiques et pharmacocinétiques.
Dans la présente étude, de nouvelles méthodes analytiques, pour mesurer simultanément 21 COVM incluant ceux identifiés préalablement dans les matrices biologiques et l’air ambiant, en se basant sur les techniques H-SPME-GC-MS/MS (sang et urine) et TD-GCMS/MS (exhalât et air ambiant), ont été développées et validés. NIOSH states that about 75 - 90% of computer users who spend three hours or more complaining of visual impairment. The salivary α-amylase (sAA) concentration has a potential role as a biological indicator of occupational fatigue. This study aimed to determine the levels of sAA and its influencing factors. This research used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 40 office staff respondents at PT. X (Persero). Mental workload (MWL), sleep quality, and occupational fatigue were measured using the NASA-Total Load Index (TLX), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and Industrial Fatigue Research Committee, respectively. Long-term care facilities (LTCFs) provide an environment favorable for the transmission of three critical human pathogens: human norovirus (HuNoV), severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and Clostridioides difficile. This study applied the perspective of Safety-II using the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) and the Resilience Analysis Grid (RAG) to analyze safety in warehouse operations from a system perspective.
