Materials and Methods: Bioactive glass nanoparticles (BG NPs) were prepared via a modified Stöber process. AH Plus and Bio-C Sealer were mixed with (BG NPs). Aim: The objective of this ex vivo study was to assess the dual impact of instruments taper and irrigation activation methods on bacterial reduction in infected root canals. Materials and methods:42 extracted human molar teeth were inoculated with Enterococcus faecalis for 2 weeks to develop a mature biofilm. This study assessed the biological and antimicrobial properties of a calcium silicate-based material and calcium hydroxide (CH) when used as intracanal medications. MTT assay, osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal stem cells (hPDLSCs), cell mineralization-assay, and determination of ALP activity were assessed to investigate the biological properties. Purpose: This study aimed to compare the intracanal smear layer removal ability of two adjunctive irrigation modalities: the AdvErL EVO laser, the GentleWave® Procedure, and their combination, after minimally invasive canal instrumentation.
Methods: Forty molars were accessed, the mesiobuccal canals of maxillary and mandibular molars were prepared up to apical size 25.04 using rotary instrumentation, then irrigated using: conventional needle irrigation (CNI), laser-assisted irrigation (LAI), the GentleWave® Procedure (GWP), and LAI followed by GWP (LAI+GWP). Objective: This study compares three endodontic file systems—XP‐3D Shaper⁺, EdgeFile X7 and WaveOne Gold in S‐shaped simulated canals in resin blocks. It aimed to quantify canals volumetric changes post‐instrumentation to guide clinical selection of a system that preserves tooth structure while efficiently shaping root canals.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy of apical gauging using NiTi K-files and gutta-percha cones and determine the level of agreement between the two methods using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).
Methods: 75 circular and straight canals of mandibular first premolars were used. Canals were shaped using the R-Motion system (RM; FKG Dentaire, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland) and gauged using NiTi K-Files and gutta-percha cones matching the shaping instrument. The present case report epitomises the successful non-surgical management of a large cyst-like periapical tunnel lesion of endodontic origin due to trauma using Lesion Sterilization and Tissue Repair technique. Endodontic orthograde treatment (and re-treatment) was performed in association with triple antibiotic paste as an intra-canal medication in a sixteen-year boy. Preoperative CBCT as well as at the 22 months CBCT followup were used to compare the evolution of the healing of the lesion. Accurate diagnosis in combination with non-surgical orthograde endodontic treatment can lead to can lead to complete healing of large lesions without any need of surgical intervention.

Method This study was conducted in 2023 and involved a simple random sample of 210 dentists/endodontists practitioners. The survey was spread throughout both private and governmental sectors in three distinct locations within the Kurdistan Region. The study aimed to enhance dentists' awareness and knowledge of the latest devices and advanced techniques used in the field of endodontics. The data were evaluated using basic summary statistics.

In this study, the biological effect of MTA Repair HP (Mineral Trioxide Aggregate Repair High Plasticity) and Biodentine have been tested on a stabilized fibroblast cell line NCTC clone 929. Materials and Methods. We assessed quantitative and qualitative parameters related to cytotoxic effect of the investigated products. The experimental period was 96 hours. Statistical analysis was performed with Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon tests. Results.
