The Ministry of Education considers indigenous Māori students ‘priority learners,’ as historically they have been severely neglected and harmed by the education system. As the school with the largest Maori student population in New Zealand, Manurewa High School is committed to decolonising and indigenizing the school’s curriculum, marking a radical departure from earlier, Western-controlled models of teaching in a collaborative effort to transform the school’s culture and lead to improved outcomes for Māori students. The present study is evaluates the user experience towards library information resources and services in selected engineering and management institutes of Haryana. The researcher distributed 432 questionnaires among faculty members, PG and UG students of YMCA Faridabad, MDU Rohtak and DCRUST Sonipat Engineering and management institute libraries and found 325(75.23%) responses received back. It was found that the majority of users were overall satisfied with available library information sources and services. The study also found that some of library information sources and services were not much fully utilized by the faculty members and the students. Therefore, it is also suggested …

This study was set out to explore the level of satisfaction of the faculty members working in the south district (Karak) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan from their college libraries’ services and facilities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and the real picture of the level of satisfaction of faculty members, census based survey research method was adopted to collect data from the target population. Self-constructed and pilot tested questionnaire was used for data collection. Total 147 questionnaires were distributed out of which 120 filled questionnaires were received back with 81% response rate.

Library Articles and Research

Online health misinformation is a growing problem, and health information professionals and consumers would benefit from an evaluation of health websites for reliability and trustworthiness. Terms from the Google COVID-19 Search Trends dataset were searched on Google to determine the most frequently appearing consumer health information websites. The quality of the resulting top five websites was evaluated. The top five websites that appeared most frequently were WebMD, Mayo Clinic, Healthline, MedlinePlus, and Medical News Today, respectively. All websites, except Medline Plus, received HONcode certification. Based on DISCERN and CRAAP scores, MedlinePlus was found to be the most reliable health website.
