The purpose of this study was to assess the level of library anxiety among freshmen students at Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in the Philippines in order to develop an appropriate library program to help alleviate their anxieties and increase library usage, thereby contributing to student academic success. The survey questionnaire was used to gather the necessary information. It was adapted and modified from the psychometric instrument by Bostick Library Anxiety Scale (LAS) to measure the library anxiety level of 342 respondents using the systematic sampling design technique. The study aimed to find out the adoption and use of Koha ILS in Nigeria by identifying the types of libraries that have adopted Koha in the six geo-political zones in Nigeria, the reasons for the adoption and the level of satisfaction with Koha ILS. The study adopted a survey research design. All the sixty-nine (69) libraries that had adopted Koha ILS in Nigeria as of September 2021 were enumerated. This study investigated the online resource utilisation and its barriers among visual and performing arts students of Swami Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. ARL encourages but does not mandate similar visible commitments from its member institutions. This is evident by the resource webpage that ARL maintains entitled, “ARL Library Statements and Signs Affirming Our Core Beliefs.” The listed members represent approximately 19% of ARL’s membership. Online reference allows for libraries to join cooperatives to provide chat reference when local librarians are not available, far extending the hours assistance is available to patrons. As the future brings more cross institutional collaboration, how do we know that cooperative chat is effective for our patrons? Librarians at one institution worked to develop a rubric to assess chat transcripts for the quality of services provided. Over one academic term, these librarians assessed chat transcripts answered by academic librarians from other libraries. This poster will share the rubric used to assess transcripts, research methods, and initial findings from collected data.

This study investigated six countries' library professionals: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The study discussed knowledge sharing behaviour, technological equipment used for knowledge management and disseminating the sources of knowledge; academic social networking sites used for sharing the information and knowledge as well as challenges in knowledge management faced by the librarians examined in detail. The study examined the research data management and related services offered by South Asian countries' academic libraries. Research applied quantitative approach and survey research design method were used for this study. The survey questionnaire was distributed randomly to academic library professionals in five countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The sample population comprised 67 library professionals from various institutes of five countries. This study explores the awareness and attitude towards plagiarism among postgraduate students and research scholars of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (KU) and Panjab University, Chandigarh (PU). The findings of the questionnaire based study reveal that 53.64% of KU and 79.9% respondents of PU were acquainted with the term plagiarism. More than 41% respondents became aware of this term in their present university and more than half of the total respondents came to know about this concept during last one year. The study aimed to explore the impact of e-libraries on youth development in Punjab, Pakistan. The quantitative research method was adopted to address research questions of the study. A questionnaire using the five domains of Youth Development Index of the Commonwealth was developed to collect the quantitative data from young users (aged between 15-29 years) of four e-libraries developed under the Punjab E-Library Project in Punjab, Pakistan.
