Purpose: The library is an integral part of every academic institution because it provides users with information, resources, and services to help them with their studies and research. This paper aims to investigate the use and awareness of online library services among faculty members of KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Research methodology: A survey method employed to perform the research, Google form generated and distributed through official emails targeted faculty members. The sample includes all eight academic colleges and 33 departments of KFUPM and received 101 responses.

This paper presents findings from research conducted with development organisations in Kenya, concentrating on using ICT tools and technologies for knowledge sharing. Development organisations of different sizes and operating in various sectors were examined in a large-scale online survey. The study examines the application of a set of technologies, including ICT tools, social media tools, and collaborative tools. The study also considered the strategies employed by the development organisations in enhancing knowledge sharing. The data collected was in quantitative form, and therefore the analysis followed quantitative techniques, including descriptive and inferential statistics. This study employs webometric content analysis to assess the navigability of the state of Georgia's four-year public, academic libraries. The research questions focus on the frequency of the academic library link's appearance on the university homepage, the navigational paths to crucial content on library websites, and the degree to which responsive design was integrated into the academic library websites. In 2014, Austin Peay State University’s (APSU) Woodward Library developed an online, interactive video tutorial for the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide. APSU’s College of Education (CoE) approached the library about creating a tutorial similar to an existing video, Plagiarism: Making the Right Choices, for use in their upper division and graduate level courses. Through a collaborative process using content previously in the form of a PowerPoint presentation, the library generated a script, storyboards, and eventually a full video. As part of the reaccreditation effort at Lord Fairfax Community College -- a two-year institution in northwestern Virginia -- the QEP Leadership Team sought LFCC Librarians’ assistance in a multifaceted, 5-year, information literacy initiative. This effort included the addition of a librarian to the all-faculty QEP Leadership Team, the redesign of composition courses, and professional development through a new LFCC program: “Seeking the Truth: Faculty-Librarian Collaboration Mini-Grants.”
