Knowledge Sharing And Use As Correlate Of Performance -Driven Career Fulfillment: A Case Of Law Library Personnel In Nigeris, Emo Okpidi-Urhibo Barr.

Knowledge management is an efficient way of improving service provision and employee satisfaction. The study tends to examine the correlation among knowledge sharing, and use and career fulfillment in law libraries in Nigeria. Survey design of correlation type was adopted using a population and sample of 113 personnel drawn from ten universities with fully functionalised law library through the census sampling technique. Results show that there were positive relationship between knowledge sharing (r = 0.256), use of shared knowledge (r =0.569) with career fulfillment. Findings show Authors of University of Mysore have collaborated with most of the developed countries in the world. USA has the highest collaborative works followed by Japan. Further, Researcher has also attempted to know the publication productivity per author. Study revealed that publication productivity per author for 806 collaborative research papers is 0.1810.

The study is conducted with the purpose to determine the attitude, perception and the pattern of knowledge sharing among visually impaired students of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. Influence Of Work Engagement On Job Burnout Among Librarians In University Libraries In Nigeria, Adeyemi Adewale Akinola

The study investigated the influence of work engagement on job burnout among librarians in university libraries in Nigeria. The study employed survey research design. The population of the study consisted of 624 librarians from 38 public universities in Southern Nigeria. Total enumeration was used. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that work engagement significantly influenced job burnout of librarians in university libraries in Nigeria (β =.184, t(498) =4.191, R2 =.034, p<.05). The study concluded that work engagement contribute to low level of job burnout among librarians in universities in Nigeria and library management should maintain good work practice to prevent job burnout.

This paper analyses the 239 publications with more than 1000 citations indexed in SCI-Expanded of Web of Science under research area plant sciences. These publications have been written by 600 authors and from 224 institutes and universities across the world. There are 52 periodicals with impact factor ranging from 0.687-18.918 which published these articles. The most number of highly cited articles were published in Annual Review of Plant Physiology And Plant Molecular Biology (34). Authorship pattern indicates that 25 % of highly cited publications (61) have been written by single author. Two author publications is most prevalent with 90 publications. …

This study aimed to determine the level of the transcribing knowledge and skills of the academic librarians in Nueva Vizcaya. This study utilized quantitative research design using a test item method. The study utilized quantitative method of research to determine the level of knowledge and skills of academic librarians in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines on the five domains of research and the challenges they encountered relative to research writing. The research used simple random sampling technique to select fifty-four (54) respondents out of the total population of one hundred and fifty-four (154) respondents in which data was retrieved from 75% of the sampled respondents. As research is ensconced with teaching at university level, this article engages with the research output of newly recruited faculty members at Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar (India). New faculty members were administered questionnaires during Orientation Program in 2019 at HAU. Aspects like total number of publications, documents in which published, authorship pattern etc. are presented in this article. In addition to these, sex and age group wise hypotheses also tested (with parametric tests).
