This study assessed awareness of farmers on agricultural information services in Mara region in Tanzania. Quantitative approach was adopted and data collection used single structured questionnaire. Awareness scales measured three factors; awareness knowledge; agricultural information needs and lastly use of ICTs in accessing agricultural information services. The results indicated that majority (93.2%; 280) of respondents had little knowledge of awareness, (91.3%; 272) of the response, needed improved seed varieties and the average, (60%; 180) of respondents have low use of ICT in accessing agricultural information services. The paper investigated the awareness and relevance of infoprenuership among Library and information students, at Prince Abubakar Audu University. The population of the study consists of 160 LIS students in the year three. Total enumeration was used for the study in which 84 students returned in the questionnaire which represented 52%. The finding revealed that book vending is the well-known types of infoprenuership to the students. Collection acquisition is continuously becoming a rigorous activity as libraries are seeking more economical path to information resources to adequately meets the needs of their users. Libraries are supporting patrons needs through demand-driven acquisition that gives them liberty to participate in library collection acquisition decision. This study investigates Malaysian academic libraries adoption of Demand-driven acquisition (DDA) model considering the mediating effect of readiness. A quantitative research approach was employed using survey questionnaire with a total of 152 responses gathered. This study demonstrates that readiness has significantly influenced DDA adoption among Malaysian academic libraries, so is awareness and socio-economic factors.

The study investigated religious education students' awareness and use of theological commons for term paper writing and research in the federal universities in southeast Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey design to investigate 96 male students and 86 female students. The statistical analysis was done using an independent t-test at 0.05 level of significance. This study analyses the awareness and use of open access scholarly resources by research scholars of Bangalore University. A total 97 research scholars are selected from Bangalore University. Expanding and modernising information services are crucial to the continual existence and patronage of academic libraries in the digital era. Technological evolutions have impelled libraries to incorporate all-encompassing, user-friendly and technology-driven service delivery approaches in academic libraries. Emerging technologies seem to fill this perceived gap. This study brings to light the level of awareness, adoption, preferred and readiness for the incorporation of emerging technologies into academic libraries activities in Nigeria. The paper investigated awareness and use of open educational resources by Library and Information Science Students of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rivers State, Nigeria. The researchers adopted descriptive survey design. The population of the study comprised of 248 undergraduate and postgraduate students. Three (3) research questions guided this study. Data was collected using the questionnaire. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics such as frequency count and simple percentage.
