The development of records management policies and procedures, designing and implementing the records system, file planning, records management processes and controls, disposal of records, and record retention were all among the International Best Practices mentioned in this article. This study determined relationship between students’ computer hardware skills in the use of electronic information resources in University libraries in South-West, Nigeria. This study adopted correlation research design involving simple and multiple linear methods. The population of this study is 85,526. The sample for the study was 398. There is no doubt that ICTs have altered the information management landscape globally. Although there have been recent improvements, the reality in underdeveloped countries like Nigeria has not been positive. The results of this study showed that librarians' use of ICTs for providing information services was significantly influenced by their attitude toward technology. When librarians have a good attitude, they are more likely to use the available ICTs efficiently. The study examined the level of Awareness and application of blockchain technology among librarians for effective service delivery in University Libraries in South-South, Nigeria. The study examined the relationship between staff development programmes and service delivery in Imo State Public Library, Owerri. The study investigated the integrity and job performance of some selected federal university libraries in South-South, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive study. The need for academics to be authority in their fields of specialisation is a fundamental requirement of the academic life.
