Objective- The main objective of the study is to investigate the assessment of social media use on study habits among nursing students in Babcock University ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. Methods- The study adopted survey research design. Structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analysis. Specifically, data collected were analyzed using charts, graphs, percentages and frequency were used to answer the research questions. The Analysis of Variance were used to test hypotheses at 0.05 significant level.

The present study is first of its kind as it attempts to ascertain publications output on coronavirus as reflected in Scopus database from the Chinese perspective. The most productive contributors, institutions, journals and core subjects in coronavirus publications are identified in this study. The highly cited articles on coronavirus are also identified. The VOS-viewer software is used to identify the collaborative network of authors, countries and occurrence of keywords. During 2011-2020 a total of 1331 publications were published in this field. This paper focused on identifying ways of improving the web presence and visibility of Delta State Polytechnics, Ogwashi-Uku, Ozoro and Oghara, to enable them to maximize the potentials of innovative technologies for effective education delivery. Elimination of all barriers is a critical determinant to accessibility and utilization of library resources. The study investigated library facilities in selected libraries in Lagos State, Nigeria to determine their relative accessibility by wheelchair library users. It employed personal observation in which requisite facilities were digitally photographed and this approach was complemented by secondary data. In present study, we aimed to identify and evaluate the trends of the 100 most-cited research articles on Covid-19 using bibliometric techniques.

Methods

Scopus online database hosted by Elsevier was used to extract relevant articles for this study. We have identified the top 100 research papers on Covid-19 published across the globe based on their citations data. Further analysis was made to find the countries of origin, journal wise distribution, author cluster network, keyword analysis and inter-citation map to understand and to establish the links among them.

E-ShodhSindhu consortium is backbone of research in higher education system in India. E-ShodhSindhu consortium provides full text and bibliographical journal databases to higher education institutions at subscription cost. The current study is an effort to find out the use of E-ShodhSindhu consortium by the Research Scholars of Kurukshetra University and Maharshi Dayanand University. Study indicates that more than 55% Research Scholars including both the universities are aware about E-ShodhSindhu consortium and they use it mainly for research work.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social media addiction on reading culture of Nigerian students in higher institutions of learning. An online survey was sent to 1500 students of higher institutions in Nigeria during the Lockdown necessitated by the outbreak of the dreaded Corona Virus (Covid-19) Pandemic. A total of 1300 questionnaires were completed and returned. This implies 86.7% return rate. Data was analyzed using graphical charts. This study investigated performance management approaches for effective service delivery in university libraries. The main purpose of this study was to assess the performance management approaches used in federal university libraries in South East, Nigeria. The research design adopted was descriptive survey. The population of the study was 103 librarians in federal university libraries in South-East, Nigeria. No sampling was used as the number was considered manageable.
