Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the safety of pesticide residues in liquid milk. Methods: A method for simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of pesticide residues by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by C18 and PSA solid phase extractants, separated on a column Xbridge BEH C18 (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm), determined in multi-reaction monitoring mode, and optimized for pre-treatment parameters using response surface method. Methods: An intelligent air screen system based on fuzzy control algorithm was proposed. The wind speed and the change rate of wind speed were designed as input variables, and the steering gear angle was taken as output variable. Objective: To explore the anti-fatigue effect of hemp seed oligopeptides, and its effect and mechanism between male and female individuals. Methods: Equal number of male and female mice were randomly divided into a blank control group, a positive control group and low, medium and high dose groups. The blank control group was given normal saline, the positive control group was given whey protein. Gavage treatment was carried out with the corresponding drug for 28 days. Cereal meal replacement powder interventions can reduce weight, improve blood lipids, regulate postprandial glucose, adjuvant treatment and prevention of diabetes, and have a wide range of applications and development prospects. In this review, the processing materials, efficacy, formulation optimization methods, digestive properties, processing techniques, and related implementation standards for meal replacements are summarized, and the development of meal replacements is prospected.

Methods: Based on the architecture of collaborative robots, a combination of fuzzy self-tuning PID control and robust adaptive compensator was proposed for collaborative robot food dynamic target grasping. PID combined with fuzzy control to achieve parameter self-tuning, and robust algorithm combined with adaptive algorithm for system uncertainty compensation. Objective: This study aimed to prepare oligopeptidess of Camelina violifolia and expand its application range. Methods: C. violifolia protein was hydrolyzed by alkaline protease, and then used ultrafiltration membrane for isolating and concentrating, and obtained oligopeptides by freeze-drying. The structure and antioxidant activity of C. violifolia oligopeptides were analyzed. Results: The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of C.violifolia protein were as follows: hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃, pH 10, enzyme dosage 4%, substrate concentration 2%, and hydrolysis degree 17.9%. Methods: E. gracilis powder (0.0%, 2.0%, 4.0%, 6.0% and 8.0%) with different contents were applied to Chiffon cake. Methods: An acetylcholinesterase sensor was prepared based on gold nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide for quantitative detection of Methyl parathion. Reduced graphene oxide, gold nanoparticles and acetylcholinesterase were successively modified on the surface of the screen printing electrode by layer-by-layer assembly method. The catalytic activity and impedance characteristics of the sensor, the relationship between the sensor's inhibition rate and MP concentration, and the actual sample detection were evaluated. Paddy-Brown Rice Boundary Detection Method Based On Machine Vision, Liu Hao, Fan Jijun, Yu Nanhui, Liu Xiaopeng, Zhou Jin, Mou Yi

Objective: To detect and locate the boundary line between paddy and brown rice in separation equipment. Methods: A method based on straight-line edge detection was proposed by performing model matching with different color features. Converted the resulting images to grayscale and applied the linear edge detection algorithm to locate the target position. Results: Our approach reduced the error to within 5% and significantly improved recognition accuracy compared to traditional methods. Conclusion: Proposed method has a small recognition error, making it suitable for identifying the boundary between paddy and brown rice.

Aspen sapling recruitment increased as browsing by elk decreased, following the 1995–96 reintroduction of wolves in Yellowstone National Park. We address claims by Brice et al. (2021) that previous studies exaggerated recent aspen recovery. We conclude that their results actually supported previous work showing a trophic cascade benefiting aspen.

Africa produces around 60% of the rice the continent consumes, relying heavily on rice imports to fulfill the rest of the domestic demand.Over the past 10 years, the rice-agricultural area increased nearly 40%, while average yield remained stagnant. Here we used a process-based crop simulation modelling approach combined with local weather, soil, and management datasets to evaluate the potential to increase rice production on existing cropland area in Africa and assess cropland expansion and rice imports by year 2050 for different scenarios of yield intensification. Context: Agronomic data such as applied inputs, management practices, and crop yields are needed for assessing productivity, nutrient balances, resource use efficiency, as well as other aspects of environmental and economic performance of cropping systems. In this study, we identified three novel compound classes with potent activity against Plasmodium falciparum, the most dangerous human malarial parasite. Resistance of this pathogen to known drugs is increasing, and compounds with different modes of action are urgently needed. One promising drug target is the enzyme 1-deoxy-D-xylulose-5- phosphate synthase (DXPS) of the methylerythritol 4-phosphate (MEP) pathway for which we have previously identified three active compound classes against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Recent changes in U.S. federal law have recognized the genetic and chemical differences between hemp and marijuana (Cannabis sativa L.), resulting in the legalization of hemp in the United States. The barriers to this plant’s growth in the state of Georgia are not well understood due to its prohibition for the past 80 years. Among the many possible obstacles is fungal disease. Data collected over a 30-year period from an experiment replicated across 21 locations in western Canada are used to explore the effects of precommercial thinning of trembling aspen to a range of densities in combination with three initial white spruce densities on tree growth and stand dynamics. Increasing differentiation amongst the 15 treatments was observed with age after thinning for both spruce and aspen responses. Spruce height and diameter declined with increasing aspen density. Maintaining and planting sustainable forests is fundamental in perpetuating the essential functions of these ecosystems. A central aspect of managing forests for future resilience is the consideration of past migration and evolution of trees using genetic and genomic data to ensure that functionally appropriate diversity is conserved and utilized. We use contingent valuation to estimate hunter and trapper willingness to pay (WTP) for a hypothetical bobcat harvest permit being considered in Indiana. Harvest permits would be rationed, with limits on aggregate and individual harvests. A model of permit demand shows that WTP may be subject to “congestion effects” which attenuate welfare gains from relaxing harvest limits. Intuitively, relaxing limits may directly change an individual’s expected harvest and, hence, WTP. Participation may subsequently change, with congestion offsetting welfare increases. These effects may lead to apparent scope insensitivity that may be endemic in the context of rationed goods.

Clarifying the internal logic of big data to support modern agricultural production is helpful to cultivate and develop new quality productive forces in agriculture. From the perspective of economics, this study proposes that the role of big data in modern agricultural production is mainly reflected in two levels. Firstly, it improves the total factor productivity of the traditional agricultural production function. Secondly, it changes the factor endowment structure of agricultural production and forms a new agricultural production function.
